Large two bedroom, two bath, two balcony condo. Brand new King sized bed frame in master bedroom with a peekaboo ocean view from balcony and a large walk in closet. Guest bedroom also has a king sized bed and balcony with peekaboo views of the ocean. Living room features a brand new pull out sofa. Condo is located next to the elevators and stairs for ease. Brand new mattresses in each of the bedrooms.

Brand new appliances in Kitchen.
Condo has all the comforts of home including pull out sofa, cookware, dishware, utensils, and beach towels. Movies and games are also provided for relaxing after a day at the pool.
Ocean front gated community features a large heated swimming pool, long dock for fishing, and community room with a pool, ping pong and poker table. There is also a sauna and fitness room to enjoy. Finally, there is a kitchen in the community room where you can store your goodies for the pool.
One of the few units that have not enclosed our balconies! Enjoy the beautiful weather right outside your bedroom.

Unique Benefits
My husband and I have coming to Islamorada for years. We have been looking for a place to call home and when we found this condo we were delighted. It is a great location, close to all the action but off the road for the quiet. The dock is a great place for coffee in the morning and cocktails at night to take in the view but also discover all the sea life below.
Why Kids Love It
Perfect for kids. Pool will keep them occupied all day, there is a game room for those that love games and the dock is the perfect spot to teach anyone how to fish. Great separation in the bedrooms so if you have young ones they can sleep while you enjoy some games on the master balcony or living room.
Area Information
Centrally located. Grocery store, pharmacy, liquor, restaurants, store shops and entertainment all within a mile or two.
Several restaurants within walking distance. Mile Marker 88 and Twisted Shrimp are favorites. The Rain Barrel is also very close where you can find treasures to take home to remind you of your time in Islamorada. Slightly farther south try out Lorelei for its beautiful sunset and live entertainment. More suggestions in a Welcome book.

About the owner: My husband and I fell in love with Islamorada over a decade ago. We got married in the Keys and have continued to come back every year because it is so special to us. We are always on the look out for cool new things to do so we will have lots of recommendations for anyone that is looking.
Why this property? We looked for several years to find the right property. We were thrilled to find this one which is so close to all of the things we love but not right on the road so we could spend longer trips with our family and enjoy some of the quiet.

ScubaPerfect Pool With A View!!
We stayed here in Nov. Weather was great.Condo is located 5 mins.from Founders Park.Check out Founders Park online. Owners can give you more info about securing a pass for entry. Condo is close to shopping, restaurants, and outdoor excursions. Living area and beds are very comfortable. Pool is perfect!!There is a spectacular view of ocean from pool. Pool was always warm. Most days we had it to ourselves. There is a nice, long walkout pier from pool area.You can sit on benches on pier and read, relax, or fish!We will be back in April. It’s that good!!

We stayed at this condo in October and it was perfect. We stayed with another couple and there was plenty of room. We each had our own bathrooms which was a major plus when getting ready. There are plenty of restaurants around (Island Grill for tuna nachos is a MUST & the Limaritaat Postcard Inn). If you are interested in fine dining (try Square Grouper or Lazy Days) and want to have a few drinks- there is a free cab service called Freebie that we used a few times.We loved enjoying the dock at the condo. When we first arrived we watched tarpon feeding right off the dock- which was awesome. We also did a fair amount of fishing (catch & release) off the dock which was fun. We caught several snapper, a box fish and a nurse shark!The pool is also really nice. It is heated which was a nice surprise. The gym is what you need on vacation (used the treadmill) with a nice view & the sauna was a nice touch.

Beautifully decorated, well stocked kitchen, lovely bathrooms, gorgeous bedrooms with very comfortable beds, large TV, and tropical views from the balconies! We enjoyed a leisurely walk to restaurants. The pier is really nice and we had a great time fishing. The pool and area are kept very clean and plenty of chairs. This condo has all the comforts of home but a way better location that includes sunshine, palm trees and cool island breeze! We can’t wait to go back!

My husband and I stayed here in July and we can’t wait to come back! The location is perfect. Incredible views of the ocean while at the pool and gym. Close to many restaurants and activities, but set back off the road for a relaxing and quiet stay. Pool is really nice and well maintained. Pier is new and a great place to fish or take in the views. The condo is very clean and the beds are new and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balconies listening to the ocean. The hosts had great recommendations for restaurants and activities in Islamorada and other keys. We loved our stay and we will be back!
