About the owner: This is our family's get away home and our kids love it. We are Florida natives and have a passion for the water. Home is well taken care of and the neighborhood is full of friendly people.
Why this property? As an avid fisherman, my goal was to create a home that eliminates most, if not all of the pain points involved in getting out on the water. No more trips to get ice for the boat (commercial ice maker), no more daily bait/chum runs (bait freezer), live bait less than 3 minutes from home, two boat wash down stations and fish cleaning table on our dock, outside rod cleaning rack, live bait pen, and a new pool to cool off after a day on the water. I also didn’t want a long boat ride to get onto fish. Our home is a 3 minute idle boat ride to the bay, 10 minutes to back country fishing, and 10-20 minutes to Alligator and Tennessee Reef. Kids didn’t catch enough fish on the boat…keep them entertained for hours on end slaying the snapper right off our dock!
