Great Pool Rental!

This was a great house! Our whole family enjoyed the stay very much. It was quiet and the layout of the home is perfect for multiple families to stay. The pool area was very nice and the dock is a perfect size. We enjoyed the kayak and paddle board as well. We will definitely rent this house again!

Beautiful house in Venetian Shores

We have stayed at this lovely home in Venetian Shores the past 2 years for the month of June. We will be staying there again next year 2024. We have stayed in several homes in Islamorada and this one is the best. The house is bright and spacious with a large beautiful kitchen. The kitchen is on the bottom level and is very well equipped. The 3 bathrooms are modern and spacious.There is a bait freezer in the garage for fisherman.The pool is big and is surrounded by a large patio area that is well protected from the sun.The dock provided fishing with tarpon and snapper.readily available.There are paddle boards and kayaks for you to use and easy to put in water using the floating dock.There are bikes and pool toys to use. It is in a great location in Venetian Shores very near Publix.

A Dream Vacation Home!

My family and I rented this home during the month of August. This perfect home has everything you need plus more! The home is newly built and maintained extremely well. Its location in Venetian Shores is ideal - close to all of the best restaurants and within a short distance to Publix. The dock fit our 32 ft boat and is located right off Snake Creek which provides immediate access to the Atlantic Ocean. Tammy was the best host and was always available to answer any questions we had. We loved our time here so much we’ve already reserved the home for a month next year!

Incredible Islamorada Home!

My husband, our dog, and I, spent the entire month of January in this Fantastic Islamorada pool home with a dock. Tammy, the owner was responsive, helpful, answered all our questions, and emailed to be sure that we arrived and all was well. This home is in the perfect location for boating to the Beautiful Bay and magical Ocean. You are just minutes away from great fishing. So much to do and see by water. The dock easily fit our 34' boat, just steps beyond the pool. This new home has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful stay. The weather was warm and sunny, and we both agreed that we could easily have stayed another month. Islamorada has many great dining options, and Publix grocery store is just a short drive away. We are already checking our calendar so that we can book another stay at this relaxing and perfectly furnished home.

Great house for great vacation

This house is very roomy and absolutely beautiful. The pool was great the neighborhood was awesome and there was lots of things to do. Stayed with two other couples and there was still lots of room. I highly recommend this beautiful house

Sunshine Getaway

We usually book 2 months in the lower keys but this year we booked our first month on Islamorada in the upper Keys ....what a perfect house and location and the pool was larger than most which added to our outdoor enjoyment.... this vacation home had everything from top of the line appliances to very a comfortable living space . The house was very clean and everything looked new.... the boat dock was a perfect fit for our boat with a marina very close by and the Gulf and Atlantic a few minutes from there ... highly recommend this home for a worry free vacation . For Marvelous Maritime Memories

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderfully appointed property in December 2019 and December 2020. The design of the place is absolutely perfect for a family, or several couples. The open floor plan on the first floor, and adjacent pool and patio area with barbeque, make it absolutely ideal for entertaining. I love to cook and was able to find everything I needed in the kitchen. The recent installation of a pool heater will make swimming on cooler days just perfect. In addition to the house itself being handsomely designed and comfortable, the location is terrific. You are equidistant to Miami and Key West, and also sit between the Atlantic Ocean and the Florida Bay, just off the Snake River. So, depending on weather and wind conditions, the boating and fishing options are many and varied. There are restaurants, a brand new Publix, a good fresh fish and crab store, several nice clothing and artwork shops, a History of Scuba Diving Museum, a Reef Geological Park, the Theatre of the Sea, and other attractions very close by – something for everybody. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone interested in having a beautiful and relaxing stay in the Keys.

Perfect vacation house

Our family enjoyed our time in this beautiful home. Everything is so modern and new. Motion lights on the dock, ceiling fans on timers, all entry doors keyless entries. The kitchen was well stocked with an awesome gas stove(I love to cook). All the beds were very comfortable and the air conditioner worked wonderful in the warm summer weather. The pool was an added bonus which we used everyday. It had lots of chairs and a dining area for afternoons around the pool. We brought our 24’ boat and really liked the location of the house- just off of Snake Creek. Doesn’t get any better than Snake Creek! Lots to do nearby for boaters- the famous Islamorda sandbar, Alligator Reef and several restaurants accessible by boat. There was a marina to gas up and dive shop to rent tanks within minutes of the house. Tammy was wonderful to work with and was a gracious home owner. We do appreciate the opportunity to rent this fabulous home. We would not hesitate to rent this gem again!

Location Location Location

My family and I rented this property for the month of January. Distance learning a 7 & 9 year old as well as having to work we needed a place to spread out a bit. The house is a perfect size. The pool and the dock were perfect as we swam each day. The pool and the kitchen are on the same level. I mentioned this because the kids could swim while we cooked diner. Most Keys homes don't have a first floor kitchen.The dock proved to be a big hit. KIds ran out to fish constantly. There is a great marina at the corner, less than a minute drive. You can grab bait, rent a boat and/or jet skis.The best of Islamorada is only a few minutes away. Restaurants, shops, Publix, CVS are all less than 5 minutes away.Boaters, Venetian shores sits right between the bay and ocean. Each are accessible at the end of your canal. Which by the way Manatee & Dolphins come by to visit occasionally.Last but certainly not least Tammy (home owner) was really cool. She is very nice and easy to work with.If you are thinking of renting this house I encourage you to do it. We did and we loved it.

SPECTACULAR WATERFRONT PROPERTY !

HOUSE – Brand new house (built in late 2018) with an excellent open floor layout and high ceilings, clearly built thinking of: large family + vacation. It has two very large common areas (living/family rooms), a huge kitchen with top of the line appliances/cookware/plateware/silverware, good size bedrooms and bathrooms. The bathrooms are all equipped with walk-in showers with glass doors. The second floor has a nice balcony, with plenty of seating, and very effective ceiling fans. The decorations are simple and tasteful: just what you want at a beach house. POOL AND OUTDOORS – The pool is absolutely immaculate, quite large and deep for Florida Keys standards, and the outdoor shower was very convenient. My 7 grandkids had a blast every day, at almost every hour. There is a covered terrace with dining table and very effective ceiling fans. Despite being August, we had all the meals outdoors and it was pleasant. It comes equipped with a very large gas BBQ. The kayaks and paddle boards are a nice addition. The grounds are very well maintained. BOATING – The house is located on a deep water canal. The canal is a few hundred yards from the direct access to both the ocean and the bay. It has a brand new dock with water and electricity hookup and fillet station. The dock itself is not very long (approx. 25~30ft) but had no problem in docking my 47’ boat. Note: excellent mangrove snapper fishing right from the dock - literally non-stop action! A success with the kids. LOCATION – Very conveniently located 1:30hrs drive from Miami, at the tip of Plantation Key and right before Islamorada. It is literally 5-15min away from everything we needed: Publix supermarket, dive shops, bait & tackle (3mins), gas station (both auto and boat), multiple good restaurants, ice-cream store, Domino’s pizza, etc. Also, It is a 5min drive to Founder’s Park where you have swimming pools, football and tennis fields, park, marina and… a sandy beach (it’s the Keys, so don’t expect Bahamas type of beach, but still a very good place to take kids). COMMUNICATIONS – the owner was very responsive, usually within the hour, all the way from the pre-reservation inquiries, to the check-in and check-out procedures. Did not have any issues during the stay, but felt that if we had, the response would have been quick. SUMMARY - If I was in the market to buy a property in the Keys, I'd want a house just like this one.

Awesome house with great outdoor space!

Upscale home in Venetian Shores, close to great restaurants and attractions. Open floor plan, high ceilings, plenty of windows and sliders take full advantage of the peaceful view of the canal as well as the pool and outdoor space. Ground floor offers an open kitchen with plenty of counter space, better tableware, pots n pans and outdoor bbq that made it a “no brainer” to eat in or on outside covered terrace. The keys lifestyle is all about outdoor living, which is what we did. We enjoyed fishing from the dock daily as well as kayaking or just sitting with a glass of wine or a dip in the pool to cool off, unfortunately the mosquitos made for a hasty retreat indoors at sundown. Hosts are easy to contact and responsive to any issues or requests. A great stay in a great house, we have already booked for next year and can’t wait!,

Fabulous Home

Four couples vacationed very comfortably in this Venetian Shores home. Kitchen is well planned, fully applianced, and spacious enough to allow all eight of us to enjoy meals together. Large patio with lots of comfortable chairs, and very well cared for pool. Bedrooms are adequate; bathrooms are very modern with fabulous showers. Convenient location . Ample food shopping etc nearby. Landlord is extremely responsive..... highly recommend this rental home.

Friendship & Festivities in Paradise

We rented this gorgeous home to gather with friends(4 couples) to celebrate my 50th and it was a perfect choice. There is a wonderful balance of entertainment in the Keys and entertaining ourselves at the home. You can tell that the house was built to a high standard with an attention to detail. We loved cooking and enjoying lazy evenings as a group as much as going out to the variety of local places. We highly recommend the local stone crab! Location is a definite bonus! What a treat to have the Atlantic Ocean on one side and the bay on the other. Nothing seems far. We journeyed as far south to Key West and as north to the Everglades. I can assure you that we also enjoyed a gammot of things in between. Although the owners can not control the weather, I do have to say seeing the sun everyday was sheer delight as it dark in the Netherlands at this time of year. We had a lovely time and look forward to returning.

CHRISTMAS VACATION

Canal-Front Spectacular

What a gorgeous house: light-filled and spacious, right on a canal. Pretty pool, tons of outdoor space on deep verandas. Comfortable bedrooms; well-designed, reasonably well-appointed kitchen; indoor hang-out areas upstairs and down-. Far enough off of US 1 that traffic noise isn’t a problem, and close to Islamorada restaurants, grocery stores, and water activities.
