About this rental
Enjoy the sunrise from the balcony or from in the condo through 50 ft of glass sliding doors. You can also see the sunset from our walkway on bayside. We have a full kitchen from dishwasher to microwave, washer/dryer, even beach towels. We have wifi, cable TV, and a Master Bath with whirlpool tub, huge shower, and bidet. We are elevator accessible and have a heated swimming pool. Parking is on ground level under the units. It is large enough for 4 vehicles; in which your boat trailer could be parked. Also, for those who enjoy fishing, we have a walk-in freezer available. Some like to fish from the docks or the north side of our little island but, if you rent or bring a boat you have a designated boat slip as well. The docks have water, electric and night lighting. Further, we have a fish cleaning table right in front of the docks. Right out from our condo is a prime location for tarpon and bone fishing.
All you need to bring is your bathing suit, suntan lotion, and a desire to relax and enjoy this secluded getaway.
Area Information
We are located between Islamorada and Marathon; where there are numerous restaurants and anything else you want or need. Key West is an hour to the South and Key Largo an hour to the North so you can see all of the Florida Keys easily from our location. Anne's Beach is 5 miles to the North and Long Key State Park is 1 mile South. If you want to rent a boat, kayak, paddle board, or wave runner they are available with in 2 miles. Chartering is also available and many other great activities. Fish the Atlantic or access the Bay through Channel 5 Bridge. Fishing for tarpon and bone fish is done within your view from the balcony or fish the blue water species or dive the coral reefs. It is all right here.
All you really need to bring is your bathing suit, sun tan lotion, and a desire to relax and enjoy this secluded get away.

About the owner: My husband and 3 others built this 12 condo complex and I still don't get tired of coming here! We live in Miami but enjoy the keys' diving, fishing and quietness. I haave been renting our place since 1993 as well as other units.

The condo was very spacious, meticulously clean and well supplied with cooking utensils and supplies. This was probably one of the nicest places we have stayed in the many years we have been going to the keys. It was very quiet and peaceful. Pat was available to answer questions when needed. The lagoon is perfect if you bring a boat. You could sit on the balcony your entire trip and take in the view if you desired. It would be nice if a couple kayaks were available to paddle around. We did love our stay and will probably return in the future.

We had a fabulous time in Unit 8. Are friends stayed in unit 4 which was perfect having them so close. My family enjoyed the views, pool and spacious unit. The condo is secluded yet close to everything you need. Pat was very attentive and responsive when needed. We will for sure be back to stay! Thanks again!

My family enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. We saw manatees,sharks,rays and enormous fish from our covered patio and bedroom every day. Great central location and several great restaurants within five minutes. Pat and Tom are very accommodating and made us feel very welcome. Thanks for a great week!

A week is definitely not enough! The condo unit was great for the two couples in our group, spacious, comfortable and everything you need! The views from the balcony sun up to sun down are amazing. We enjoyed watching the sea life come into the lagoon as Clay the resident manatee visited a couple of days. The pool was great for lounging and the location was perfect for easily getting to Islamorada, Marathon and even Key West and a quick drive back to peaceful relaxation.Pat was wonderful to work with and so helpful with answering our questions in advance of the trip. I would definitely love to come back and stay longer!!

The views, the amenities, the views, the sea life, the views, the hospitality, and oh yeah,, did I mention the views? I should say this place sucks, so nobody else takes my spot next year, but I can’t. This place is freakin awesome. Guess I’ll just have to book early. We saw sharks, lobster, barracuda, and even a manatee. All from our property. Most from our gorgeous balcony. Ocean view as long as you can see. They even provide a telescope. They really are incredible hosts. I can go on forever. I could even post hundreds of spectacular photographs.. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

We enjoyed every minute we stayed in this property. It was much more than the pictures show, they didn't do this property justice. From the comfort of the home to the amazing view off the balcony was simply better than we could have expected. The property owners were very easy to communicate with and super friendly! I felt like they wanted us to enjoy the property from the time we booked it to the time we left. We look forward to returning in the future and would recommend this property to anyone.
