‘The Beach House’ at Tarpon Point in Islamorada- DIRECT RENTAL WITH NO ADDITIONAL FEES
‘The Beach House’ is a luxurious oceanfront home in a private gated enclave of only 12 houses. This end home offers privacy and beautiful ocean views including of Indian Key Historic State Park. Enjoy morning coffee and a phenomenal sunrise on the tip of the observation pier or from your covered deck. Afternoons lounge around the heated (and cooled) waterfront pool taking in the ocean views or launch your kayak from the private beach area and paddle over to Indian Key Island.
On the main level is the Great Room which offers more amazing ocean views with plenty of room for everyone to gather, do puzzles or just lounge on the deck and take in the vista. On cooler nights (yes, even in The Keys there is some cooler weather) enjoy the fireplace in the Living Room. An Osprey Nest is in your front yard for the nature lover.
The Gourmet Kitchen offers a Wolf 6 burner gas stove, microwave draw and warming oven. Bosch Silence dishwasher and Sub-Zero Refrigerator. A Butler’s Pantry is off the kitchen with full size washer/dryer and plenty of storage for all your provisions.
Tucked between the kitchen and rear Bedroom Suite is a large Family Room with a wet bar offering a wine cooler and undercounter refrigerator. The perfect place to make your evening Margaritas and have game night. This is one of the few homes to offer this extra living space.
After a long day of play, take a luxurious spa shower or enjoy some quiet time on your personal deck/balcony. There are four ensuite bedrooms (3 with private decks/balconies), spa showers. There is an additional ½ bath on main living floor.
A three-stop elevator starts at the ground level with a large covered brick patio where the entire family can prepare and enjoy al fresco dining with cool breezes. Lounge in the sun or read the latest best seller by the beach.
The large Master Suite situated on the oceanfront on the top floor has panoramic ocean views with a private terrace. For quiet time enjoy the sitting nook and another cozy fireplace. Refresh in the spa shower or relax in the whirlpool tub. This is the life!

About the owner: Thank you for your virtual visit to ‘The Beach House’ at Tarpon Point in The Florida Keys. Here’s hoping you may decide to make a real visit and stay awhile.
Thought it might be nice to hear from your Hosts. I am the owner of ‘The Beach House’ and also the owner of a real estate company at the Jersey Shore. I began my company in 1983, Sand Dollar Real Estate on LBI, and have throughout the years handled vacation rentals. Also had another rental home in Islamorada for 10 years prior to this purchase. So, I think I know a little bit about this part of the Hospitality Business.
My goal is to give you a home that I love, and have you also fall in love with ‘The Beach House’. Vacations should be relaxing, refreshing, fun and most importantly - full of great family memories. I have tried to make this home reach all those goals.
My daughter, Samantha, works with me at Sand Dollar and also brings experience in the vacation rental business. For many of you, Sam will be your ‘go to’ person if you have questions or decide to rent.
We will always be available to answer any of your questions, we are happy to make recommendations to make your vacation as enjoyable as possible.

Why this property? I searched for two years and knew the minute I saw this home - this was the one. Located with only 11 other owners, so solitude can be found, yet a vibe of fun surrounds you. The views are just awesome. The home has every amenity I feel a home of this caliber should have. I love to kayak and the 'flats' are perfect - shallow water to see the marine life and great destinations to paddle to - Indian Key Island, Robbie's for lunch or Lignumvitae Key . Or just hanging out on the ground level brick patio and watch the boats go by. A day anyway you want it.

Beautiful home, gorgeous views….this home has everything and more! We have been vacationing in Islamorada for the past 10 years and have rented many different places, but this was by far the nicest and most comfortable place we’ve ever stayed. We hope to go back next year! All the of the bedrooms have their own private bathroom, which is really nice, lots of closet space and large tv’s in every room. The living room offers gorgeous views of the water, and there is another den area with wine bar, wine refrigerator and a built in 2 drawer fridge. In between the living area and den area is a large gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances. It was actually a pleasure to cook! With my husband and myself, two grown sons and one wife, we all had plenty of space to spread out. The pool is beautiful too. With only 12 houses in the community, the pool was never crowded, The whole area is perfectly maintained, is not loud or noisy and makes for a very peaceful and relaxing vacation! Thank you to the owners, who were a pleasure to work with.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while visiting Islamorada. The Beach House was very well appointed and comfortable for our party of 8; lots of room to spread out, and yet plenty of seating in order to gather too. I have formal culinary training, and very much appreciated being able to cook our haul from our charter, as well as our lobsters from our mini-season catch with ease and convenience in the professional kitchen. We loved the Tarpon Point pool, and fished and snorkeled off the dock daily. The kayaks were a nice addition as well. Having Robbies across the street for a quick drink or a bite to eat was handy, but the house is close to everything that the area offers. I definitely recommend a stay at The Beach House!

We loved our vacation in Islamorada at The Beach House at Tarpon Point. It was one of the best vacations we ever had! The house was great, it was clean, and the furniture was comfortable. The house had a great layout with two family rooms. Our kids were able to have some fun gaming at night, but they weren’t cut off from the rest of the family while doing it. I wish I had this layout at my own home. The views from the house are breathtaking and the house is beautiful. We found the pool very useful. The location was great also. We loved going to Founders Park nearby. If you show the rental agreement there is no charge to enter, the beach is great and it's not too crowded. We loved The Beach House at Tarpon Point so much and look forward to coming back. Thank you for providing such a great rental experience.

This home is stunning from top to bottom and all around. Our family, ranging from 18-75 years of age, found this home to be spacious, comfortable, and well equipped for cooking, relaxing, and having fun outdoors. We fished, kayaked, swam in the pool and waded in the sea. We found seashells and hermit crabs outside and comfy sheets and towels, and basic essentials, like spices and condiments, inside. Our hosts were responsive and accommodating. Impressed by the elevator, the sunsets, the amazing night sky, and water pressure in the showers.

We could not have been happier at this exquisite home. It was clean, in a great location, and the pool was awesome! The marina across the street is within walking distance and they have food, shopping, and delicious Shave Ice. When booking, Sam was kind and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. We will definitely be coming back to The Beach House.
