Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bath with a new leather couch that pulls out to a queen size bed. Downstairs an independent 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with a full kitchen, small living room area, & a new leather couch that pulls out to a queen size bed.
We have a 75 foot dock, granite fish cleaning station, outdoor commercial ice maker, outdoor fridge, outdoor heated shower, a tiki hut and so much more!

My name is Michael. I love diving and spear fishing in Islamorada. This was the big reason I decided to buy a home in Islamorada. We have some of the best fishing and diving in the world! There is nothing more relaxing than diving to me! We have the most amazing sunsets at our private neighborhood beach and some amazing restaurants close by! Please come stay at our home and I can share my favorite diving spots!

2022 was our 2nd time renting this wonderful home. The location is fantastic, and the house and property offer everything you can imagine. Outside is a paradise with a refreshing pool (with fun lights at nighttime) tiki bar with fan, hammock, new dock, outside hot shower, ice machine, extra refrigerator, bistro bar/table and stools, deck seating, and more. The downstairs apartment is adorable and fully renovated. It is a 5-minute walk to the stunning white marlin beach where you will see wild dolphins and swim in the clear blue waters. The owners are awesome, and the neighbors are super nice!

Bob S.Waterfront Paradise
This was a terrific location and home. The house and amenities were excellent. The backyard was the standout for our group with the pool, dock and Tiki area....this felt like a true resort get away. The beach access is within walking distance and it is a true sand beach, which is hard to find on the island. There is definitely pride in ownership with all aspects in this rental. The owners were easy going and understanding of our specific needs. Five stars!!!
