This newly built oceanside villa in Islamorada is a wonderful choice for those seeking a serene retreat and an opportunity to immerse themselves in the relaxed nature of the Florida Keys. Situated within the Peaceful Palms community on Windley Key, this three-bedroom, three-full-bathroom villa has ample space to unwind and appreciate the coastal scenery. The property's contemporary design elements and recent construction ensure a comfortable stay.

The primary living area is located on the second floor, accessible via stairs, and showcases a fully equipped modern kitchen where guests can prepare their favorite meals and snacks. The lofty ceilings and expansive windows provide abundant natural light to fill the space, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. Additionally, this floor features a guest bedroom with a queen bed and an attached full bathroom. A balcony with ocean views is also available on this level, providing a delightful setting for dining with loved ones or enjoying the ocean-side ambiance.

The third floor houses the second guest bedroom, furnished with a queen-size bed as well as a daybed with trundle and its own en-suite bathroom. For added convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are discreetly tucked away in the hallway closet. The primary bedroom is also situated on this floor and boasts a king-sized bed, desk space, and an en-suite bathroom. Furthermore, the master bedroom offers a private balcony, which is the perfect spot to savor a cup of coffee while taking in the salty air. The villa is equipped with high-speed internet connectivity, ensuring that you stay connected throughout your stay. Additionally, each bedroom has Roku televisions, complete with subscriptions to popular streaming services like Hulu, Live TV, Disney+, and ESPN+.

The villa also comes with a private, one-vehicle garage which may not be suitable for large SUVs, but there is additional parking available for one vehicle in front of the garage. If you have an electric vehicle, you can take advantage of the Juicebox EV charger, which is J1772 and Tesla compatible. You will need to download the required app and pay as you charge. The garage also features a separate playroom equipped with a Roku television, bluetooth speaker, full-sized table tennis, dartboard, and other pub and kids’ games.

If you're an outdoor enthusiast, you will be pleased to know that the villa comes with two paddleboards and four bicycles (two for adults and two for children). You can also cool off in the community pool or bring your boat and take advantage of the wet slips located right out front. With close proximity to the famous Islamorada sandbar, you can experience the unforgettable crystal-clear waters and relaxed atmosphere. Everglades National Park is directly accessible through Snake Creek Channel. Experience exceptional fishing and diverse wildlife! If you're looking for an adrenaline rush, you can also go scuba diving or snorkeling in the nearby reefs, where you'll have the chance to see colorful marine creatures up close. The villa is conveniently located near several shops, restaurants, and bars, where you can enjoy delicious food, refreshing drinks, and live entertainment. Dockage must be reserved prior to arrival and is included in the rate. There is no trailer parking on-site.
