FABULOUS BEACH HOUSE located directly on a mile long sandy beach. The original "Sea Grape" was destroyed by Hurricane Irma in September 2017. The decision was made to tear down and rebuild. The new Sea Grape is currently under construction and will be ready for occupancy January 1st, 2019. The new Sea Grape is being built on concrete pillars and the home will be concrete with an interior elevator. The floor plan is modeled after the original Sea Grape with the three bedrooms located on the south end of the house and a large open concept living area on the north end of the home on a larger scale. The new Sea Grape is larger and incorporates modern amenities. Each bedroom will have its own ensuite bath. The master bedroom will have a walk-in closet. There is a half bath in the living area. The kitchen is bumped out and the kitchen sink overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. There will be an island preparation area with casual seating in addition to a traditional dining area with table and chairs. There will be four sets of sliding doors that meet to form a 90 degree angle providing ocean views from the entire living area. Although the computer renderings of the home show it to be a modern décor the home will be furnished similar to the original Sea Grape with charming "beach" style furnishings and a coastal sea side decor.

Come and stay in this adorable 2018 built home located on the crystal clear Atlantic Ocean! The home has plenty of room for your whole family to relax! No need to argue who gets the bedroom with the full ocean views because all rooms have direct views of the Sea. Not only do all the bedrooms face the ocean, but each has direct access to the deck as does the living and dining areas. The "beachy" furnishings and "coastal" décor will delight your senses. Before you enter the house there is a shower at the bottom of the each set of stairs along with a foot shower to remove the sand. Of course Wi-Fi is included. Everything in this home is brand new in 2018.

Wake up with the morning sunrise, step out onto the deck in your PJ's - sit back on the lounge chair with your eyes closed and feel the warmth of the rising sun on your face. Keep your camera close, you'll need it. Watch pelicans and ospreys fly by so close at times you could almost touch them. The wildlife is stunning and you are bound to see amazing creatures each day! Bonefish fishing is a must from the beautiful, unspoiled, mile long beach (worth an early morning walk)! Bring your boat because there is protected dockage across the street in a canal. During the day you can bring your boat close to shore and after the fun tie it up to the protected dock where you might just see a few Manatees. The dock has electricity and water and will accommodate a boat up to 38' in length.

Rate Details: Rent is $12,000/month. Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. If your plans are for less than a month we may be able to help. Please call the office. Additional Charges: $360 departure cleaning fee; $200 processing fee and 12.5% state and local taxes. Refundable Security Deposit: $1000 with accidental damage insurance or $3000 without. Utility Caps/Mo: There is a cap on the utilities of $100 for water and $200 for electricity. The owner pays up to this amount. If there is an overage, the amount will be deducted from the security deposit and a copy of the bill will be provided. Pet Fees: Pets are accepted at this property on a case by case basis.
Accidental Damage: $45 covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay.
