Minimum Rental: 28 Days "Tropical Oasis" is an exceptional single family home designed for tropical living - charming interior and extraordinary outdoor living areas. Open concept living area on the middle level of the home offers a formal dining with 8 chairs and 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter. There is a large screen TV with "L" shaped sofa in the living area and gourmet kitchen. Next to the dining area are large sliding doors that lead to a covered balcony overlooking the pool, hot tub and dock. By the heated pool is a wonderful outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ and sink. This home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests in 4 bedrooms. Bedding includes 2 full size beds in one room on the main living level. This bedroom features a TV, ensuite bath with jetted tub and separate shower. On the third floor are three more bedrooms - a king suite with TV and ensuite shower bath; queen bedroom with ensuite bath with tub and double vanities; king bedroom. The two king bedrooms have sliding doors to an uncovered balcony with partial views of the ocean and outdoor seating.

There is parking and room for a boat trailer on the property. There is a 60' dock with a lift on one end and space for an additional boat plus one davit. Guest may use lift - boat up to 32' in length with a maximum load of 15,000 lbs. Charges to adjust lift for guest boat and return to owner's settings will be at guest expense. The davit will hold one Jet Ski with a maximum weight of 5,500 lbs. Current registration and insurance will be required for all watercraft docked at this property.

Awesome home, fantastic location and excellent property manager
First I must acknowledge Keys Holiday Rentals. They found us the perfect rental on very short notice. Upon arrival we were greeted with a very large fruit basket from Keys Holiday Rentals.
Our boat fit the allowable dock space perfectly allowing those who wanted to fish or snorkel quick access. The fish cleaning station was large and ideally located. While some were fishing the others enjoyed the pool, hot tub or just lounging around soaking up the sun. The neighbors were very pleasant and helpful with recommendations. We hope to return again soon.


Dec 2016

On days we didn't fish-- we enjoyed hanging out by the pool/spa and summer kitchen. There is dining and shopping close by, but the house and property are so incredible, we rarely leave. Getting the family in the car to go home is always a project and they refer to it as their "little slice of heaven". We love it here!!!
