Area Information

Our neighborhood is located directly on 30A on the beach side, so no need to cross any major streets as you go to any of the 3 nearby beach accesses. Blue Mountain Beach is a tranquil coastal community known for its white powdery sands, emerald waters and rare blue lupine flowers that inspire its name.

Directly across the street from the house:
• Mimmo’s - the best Italian on 30A - so popular that you need to be sure to make reservations before you come down. You can also order for pick up and it is directly across the street so quick and easy.
• The Ice Cream Shoppe - open 1pm - 10pm
• Coffee Shoppe on 30A - open 6:30am - 2pm daily. Also has quick breakfast food.
• 30A Thai Cuisine - open for lunch and dinner.
