Welcome to The Bayfront Haven, a five-bedroom, three-bathroom waterfront retreat accommodating up to 12 guests. Ideally located between Destin and Scenic Highway 30A, this dog-friendly home combines peaceful bayfront living with easy access to beaches, dining and Emerald Coast adventures.

Maximum occupancy is 12 guests.

SPACE TO GATHER

The fully equipped chef's kitchen and open living area make it easy to prepare meals, reconnect and relax together. Settle in for movie night around the 86-inch Smart TV, or retreat to one of five king bedrooms when you're ready to unwind.

A WATERFRONT EXPERIENCE

Bring your boat, fish from the private dock or watch for dolphins passing across the bay. The boat slip accommodates vessels up to 30 feet, and a public launch is conveniently located two homes away.

Paddleboards are available for guest use at your own risk. We recommend launching them from the nearby public boat ramp.

FALL NEAR DESTIN & 30A

Fall brings beautiful sunsets, comfortable evenings and a more relaxed coastal atmosphere. Spend the morning on the water, visit the beaches along 30A or cruise to Crab Island and nearby waterfront restaurants.

GOOD TO KNOW

Dogs are welcome with prior approval and an additional pet fee. The garage is not available to guests. Parking is limited to four vehicles in the driveway. Parking on the grass is prohibited. Parties, events and large gatherings are not permitted.

Howard Vacations provides an initial supply of essential bathroom and kitchen amenities. Guests should bring or purchase additional toiletries, paper products, trash bags, laundry supplies and kitchen necessities. Beach chairs and toys are available, although guests may prefer to bring their own.
