This charming two-story beach cottage is nestled in the highly sought-after Crystal Beach community, aptly named for its crystalline sugar-white sand lining the jewel-toned waters of the gulf. Just three blocks away from the emerald green waters, this vacation home offers the added luxury of a private pool in the backyard. Two balconies provide a serene space to enjoy gulf breezes, perhaps while sipping your favorite tropical drink. The front balcony, accessible through double glass French doors from the spacious Master Bedroom, offers a treehouse-like feel with a trio of towering palms.

The Master Bedroom is adorned in light nautical colors, featuring a king-sized bed and a full bath en suite. Upstairs, the Guest Bedroom boasts a king bed and a private full bath.

The downstairs level is bathed in sunlight, hosting an open living and dining area with ample windows and tasteful decor. Rich, warm beachy vibes are accentuated by light mocha-colored hardwood flooring. A large leather sectional is perfect for family or group movie nights after a day at the beach or pool.

The sleek dining table, surrounded by six decorative chairs, sits near a wide window, while the modern kitchen features a convenient counter bar for serving drinks and appetizers. The Guest Bedroom on the first floor offers a triple bunk bed with three full beds and a glass door providing a view of the pool. It also has access to a full hall bath serving as a powder room.

The pool area is a haven of leisure, with an expansive patio, multiple chairs, a gas grill, and a table for poolside dining.

Situated in the prime location of Crystal Beach, "A Dose of Destin" is minutes away from popular beachfront restaurants on Scenic Gulf Drive, shopping at Destin Commons, and a diverse array of top dining establishments. Family-friendly attractions, such as The Track Recreation Center, Big Kahuna's Water Park, and Adventure Land, are also in close proximity. At "A Dose of Destin," you can truly have it all!

This prime location in Crystal Beach also places you minutes away from popular beachfront restaurants on Scenic Gulf Drive, shopping at Destin Commons, as well as a wide assortment of top dining establishments. First Floor: Living Room , Dining Room, Kitchen, Full Bathroom (shower), 3 full beds (bunks) Bedroom with Pool Access.

Second Floor: Master Bedroom, King Bed, Sofa Sleeper Twin, with Full Bathroom and Balcony, 1 King Bed Bedroom, and Full Bathroom.

Things to know:
Parking for 3 Cars

Pool can be heated for $75 + tax per day charged for the duration of the stay.(October - May)

The stay will be accessed via a smart lock and we will provide the door code on check in day around 4pm.

During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.


This property is equipped with a monitor which detects smoke, vape, noise, and excess guest over the occupancy limit allowed. Violations will result in removal from the property without refund.


Any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to guest.


This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Destin Ordinance rules.
