THE HOME
All Decked Out is a luxury 30A vacation rental with a golf cart in the gated Preserve at Grayton Beach, tucked against Grayton Beach State Park. It's surrounded by palms and pines for extra privacy, while staying close to the heart of Scenic 30A. With five porches, there's always a spot for morning coffee, evening cocktails or a lazy afternoon with a good book.

Inside, 10-foot ceilings and coastal-chic decor keep things breezy. The open living, dining and chef's kitchen is made for gathering, and three master suites mean the grown-ups all get their own space. Climb up to the third-floor loft for the wet bar and 360° views. Guests love the bikes, the golf cart and how close the community pool is.

Is a golf cart included? Yes, one 6-seater street-legal golf cart is included. Per HOA rules, outside golf carts aren't allowed in the community.
How many people does All Decked Out sleep? 5 bedrooms: three kings, a queen and a loft with 2 twins.
Are pets allowed? No, All Decked Out is not pet-friendly.

THINGS TO KNOW
• Check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 9 AM. Your smart lock door code arrives on check-in day around 4 PM.
• The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire stay.
• Parking for 2 cars. Please follow the parking and arrival guide in your Touch Stay guidebook.
• Per HOA rules, outside golf carts are not allowed in the community. Only the included cart may be used.
• No pets
• Starter kit: 1 roll of toilet paper and 2 bar soaps per bathroom, hand soap, 3 dishwasher tabs, 3 trash bags and 1 roll of paper towels.
• Requires a completed rental agreement and golf cart rental agreement with ID verification.
