→ Resort Fee - There is a $30 parking fee per stay and $6.00 wristbands fee per stay per person that will need to be purchased upon arrival.
→ The person making the reservation needs to be 25 and over to book and be present.

→ NO PETS - No animals unless a CERTIFIED SERVICE animal (NO ESA are permitted) - this is per our condo association rules and there are NO EXCEPTIONS. We do require SERVICE animals to provide documentation including services provided by the animal, and that the information is provided in advance of the stay.
→ Damage Waiver - There is accidental damage coverage which is included per reservation and provided by Safely Insurance!
→ There is a coin operated laundry available on the first floor!
→ INITIAL SUPPLIES UPON ARRIVAL - Dolce Vita Getaways PCB furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap starter pack, small washing machine powder, and one paper towel. Each bathroom has travel size amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom is provided.

SamVal's place was great! I was a bit worried when I saw that the room was facing the parking lot, but the balcony wrapped around so the ocean and beach were visible!She was super responsive and friendly my entire stay! Great spot; would definitely recommend.

OliviaSo nice! We had a wonderful time. Positive: I loved the location being right on the beach, the condo was beautiful, right beside pineapple Willy’s, multiple pools, the host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We even got to check in earlier than planned. Negative: I wish there would’ve been a hot tub at the Sunbird. The condo could use a few more extra dish towels in the kitchen as there was only 1 that I could find. Other than that, no complaints!

ElainePositive: The room was clean and the view of the ocean was good. The location is fantastic. Negative: The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The air conditioning kept going off and we would have to flip the breaker to get it to work again. We could never get it cooler than 72 degrees and it was HOT!

CarlaPositive: Very up scale in my opinion!!! The view was nice . I stayed in the west building and me and kids walked to the pool by the office which was much nicer. I had two white guests come to me and say oh it’s another pool on the west side as if I didn’t know others words they didn’t want blacks in that pool

LeeThe host was very responsive to questions..Condo was well appointed with all listed amenities..And freshly decorated in a beachy theme..also very clean...Gated parking and coded entrances to beach and pool added to the privacy and security. I would highly recommend this rental or any others he has listed..Thank You Val for a wonderful place to relax!

Jalydiamy stay here was pretty much a vibe. it was my birthday weekend & this was everything i needed, the view was amazing directly by the beach. close to everything, most places was walkable. Val was very helpful in getting us in and out, responded quickly and efficiently. PCB was fun! definitely recommend this place!

PatriciaIt was good but would have been better if we knew about the free beach chair service Positive: Smaller resort and easy access to the beach Negative: I had no idea there was beach chair service, never was told that. Had to purchase chairs once we were there. Normally there are chairs in the condos but nothing and nothing mentioned about the free beach chair service.

JeffImmaculate condo, very clean and up to date. Valeriya was very responsive to all our questions. Check in was easy and place was very comfortable with high end appliances and TV's. The proximity to the beach and Pineapple Willie's was a huge plus. The Sunbird Condos were well-maintained, clean, and felt very safe. Minutes from all kinds of restaurants, shopping, and things to do, couldn't have asked for a better location. The western facing balcony made for amazing sunsets over the gulf.
