Enjoy the white sandy beaches along the Emerald Coast on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico when you book our beautiful 2 bedroom 2 full bath condo that sleeps 8. Condo 1410 is gulf front and just steps away from the white sandy beaches. This condo is located on the 14th floor at Boardwalk Beach Resort on the largest private beach in Panama City Beach. It is completely remodeled with all new luxury vinyl flooring, quartz countertops, kitchen cabinets, appliances, light fixtures, paint, furniture and is beautifully decorated.
Condo 1410 is equipped with a full kitchen and supplied with everything you will need to prepare meals when you come in from a long day on the beach. There is a dining room table that seats 6 and 4 barstools for the bar. Enjoy amazing ocean views from the balcony just off the living area or wake up in the Master bedroom for the most breathtaking views as well! The master bedroom has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. The front bedroom has two queen beds with an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The sofa is a queen sleeper sofa. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience during your stay.
This family-friendly, upscale accommodations include the "Splash Zone" with interactive toys for kids, a beachfront pool and hot tub, a beachfront bar and grill, a state-of the art fitness center overlooking the Gulf and more! Boardwalk Beach Resort is a 22-story gulf-front condominium that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and sparkles like a diamond on Panama City Beach's emerald coast.

The condo itself is just as nice as the pictures show. Terrific view on the 8th floor. The surrounding area is not over populated like much of the beach so you actually get room for your family on the beach. All high rises are at least a half mile away which really helps. Security is a little firm for my liking, but better than not having any security. Cleaning crew did miss a good amount of sand upon check in, but that is something you just deal with at the beach.
