You may hear noise during the day from 7:30-5:30 with construction and owners updating their interiors
Should our balcony be closed during your stay, we will refund 20% for days not open closer to your arrival date.

The Entertainment District: A majority of Entertainment has condensed around a central area near the Easternmost end of Front Beach Road. During the summer months between June and August, Visit Panama City Beach hosts free concerts every Thursday night at Aaron Bessant Park. Pack a cooler with drinks and snacks, and bring a blanket or lawn chair to sit and enjoy the music. Let the kids run around the spacious green while you dance or relax the night away. It’s free!
OBEY THE BEACH FLAGS. Stay out of the water on red flag days.
We recommend using middle beach road when possible. Won't have the traffic that back and front beach roads have.

Cleaning fees are charge per up to one month, so stays into a 2nd month would be double the cleaning fee. No cancellation unless canceled within 24 hours of booking. I recommend Travelers insurance if you are concerned about cancelling.
Rent 3 or more months and the rate drops $50 per month for snowbird rentals, though will be monthly rental agreements.
NOTE: Stays less than minimum allowed at an upcharge which is the difference between weekday and weekend rates.
Stays over minimum with have all dates at the weekday rate.
Holidays will be rated at weekend rates.
All rates subject to change until reserved. Reservations are not considered reserved until rental agreement and security are in hand.
A rental agreement will be attached to a PayPal invoice and sent upon agreement of rates.
COA FEES PAID DIRECTLY UPON ARRIVAL ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. CURRENTLY $35 PARKING AND $5 PER PERSON 12 AND UP FOR WRISTBANDS. THESE FEES INCLUDE TAXES AND SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

About the owner: My husband and I are recently retired. We live in a suburb of Chicago, but hope to move closer to PCB in 2021. We have one daughter who along with her husband have adopted a child making us proud grand parents. Previously I had worked in the graphics department of a local newspaper while my husband was a custodian at a nearby schoool.
Why this property? When we purchased, we liked that we could make it there in one day. Now as we have gotten older, we make it a 2 day event. We fell in love with our condo because of the balcony. It is a private balcony that lets you see far to the East, but also enough to the West to enjoy the sunset.
