Experience the wonderful active Villages Lifestyle in our beautiful patio villa with 2 bedrooms & 2 baths. Our villa is located just minutes from the Savannah Center featuring great entertainment. The Glenview Golf Club & tennis center are less than 5 min away by golf cart. The master bedroom features a king size bed, large walk in closet, flat screen TV & walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a king bed & bath with a tub & shower. Includes whole house water filtration system, BBQ & patio, screened in porch. golf cart and inside washer & dryer. There is beautiful hard wood flooring throughout, a brand new kitchen, backslash & patio floor with table & chairs. The golf cart is insured and has road assistance. No pets and no smoking plea
All utilities, sewer, sanitation, cable TV, internet, insurance, golf cart insurance, pest control, water, water filtration, VCDD amenity fees, & lawn service are included. It is turnkey with all the amenities of home including a hairdryer, inside washer and dryer, a wireless computer printer & pool towels available for your convenience. Neighborhood pools, bocce, shuffleboard, pickleball and golf all within a golf cart ride from our home.
Rental Policy:
$500 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking. Refundable if cancelled on or before 90 days from rental date. Refundable within the 60 day time frame if we can re-rent the unit at full price. If we can't rent it for full price, the price we receive will be refunded. Rent due 60 days prior to arrival.

Why Kids Love It
Children love to visit their grandparents especially during the summer and holiday weeks. The Villages has camps for children where they have lots of fun with their grandparents.
Area Information
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Golf, tennis, swimming pools, pickleball, bocce courts, shuffleboard, grocery stores, churches & shopping are just a short golf cart ride away. You will enjoy the lifestyle the moment you arrive!
Each night on three squares there is live entertainment and dancing from 5-9 PM and shops and restaurants are open during this time. There are over 2,500 clubs to enjoy. The active lifestyle is perfect for active singles or couples to enjoy!
Attractions Within Walking Distance
Golfing, driving range, country club with a restaurant and bar, priority swimming pool, pond with birds to feed, & tennis courts. You could walk to the Savannah Center for fabulous shows, but you would have to enjoy walking. A golf cart ride of less than 5 minutes is the preferred method of travel.

Inside Scoop
It is important to use the golf cart when you visit The Villages because it is the best way to see lots of places you can't get to by car. Knowing the rules of travel is important when driving the cart. We will help you with this!

We are located in central Florida which is approximately 1 1/2 hours from the Gulf Coast or the Ocean. We are also 1 1/2 hours from Orlando. There is a shuttle from the Orlando airport or the Sanford airport. When you visit here, you do not really need a car to go around The Villages. You will need a car to visit the ocean and the gulf. The activities listed above that are 25 miles away are referring to the activities located in Ocala area, Orlando, and the ocean and gulf.
The Villages has over 100 swimming pools to enjoy and there are pools designated for children to use.

Rates are all inclusive. Cleaning fees and taxes are included. You have the use of a golf cart when you visit. We include priority pool guest passes. If you wish Villages Temporary IDs that is an additional $50 which goes directly to The Villages.
Generally we rent by the month, especially from January 1st-April 30th. If you are interested in shorter time periods in other months, please contact us.

About the owner: John and Linda met in The Villages and got married on 12/12/12. We love The Villages lifestyle, particularly golfing, pickleball and club activities. We enjoy sharing our home with visitors and showing them around this marvelous place.
Why this property? We have updated our villa and made it a comfortable home to live in while visiting in The Villages. We treat our guests like we would want to be treated if we were visiting. We live here and enjoy showing our visitors this wonderful, fun place to live. If you are an active 55+, this is the place you want to visit!

Linda and John are the best hosts. They gave us a tour of the closest amenities within the Villages. Our stay was more than we expected. The Villa was clean and had modern appliances. Linda provided us with the perfect location to travel toward Gainesville for a graduation and Ocala to visit my daughter-in-law and grandson. We couldn't have asked for more!

We rented the Masons' property to be close to our grandchildren for their graduations. The Masons were away on our arrival, but arranged for friends to meet with us and orient us to the villa and to The Villages. The couple that met with us were just lovely people, as were the Masons. The villa was clean, neat, well furnished and close to everything. They had included info about The Villages in a notebook, as well as some personal favorites; pools, activities, restaurants, etc. and a golf cart to use to get into The Villages lifestyle. The Masons even left us a bottle of wine as a welcoming gift. We will be back in Florida for other graduations and family affairs, and will certainly rent from the Masons again. I would give them and their rental my highest recommendation.

We stayed three months at John and Linda’s beautiful villa while we waited on our new house to finish.The villa is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, very clean, comfortable and safe for walking either early in the morning or at night.Their place is fully furnished and ready for move in when you arrive. Updated kitchen and appliances. Fast internet and lots of cable channels. We really enjoyed staying at their place.John and Linda are wonderful hosts and will treat you well.
