The home features an airy, open atmosphere with vaulted ceilings and abundant natural light. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with an eating bar, flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas with a private lanai. Enjoy access to world-class amenities like golf, pools, and pickleball. Perfect for an active and luxurious Florida getaway. There is also a pull out couch for additional sleeping.

* Master Bedroom: Queen bed, a 48-inch TV, and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
* Guest Bedroom: A second queen bed and its own private bath, ensuring comfort and privacy.
* Conveniences: Indoor laundry area with a washer and dryer, a private lanai perfect for relaxing, and a connected garage.

Guests will have exclusive and uninterrupted access to the entire home during their stay. This includes:
* The full 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa.
* A private lanai for outdoor relaxation.
* A connected garage for your vehicle.

With a pre-arranged Temporary Resident ID, guests can also access the community's extensive amenities, including pools, recreation centers, golf courses, and more. Please see the 'Notes' section for details on obtaining the ID.

Area Information

The Villages is a 55 and over community offering many amenities to residents and their guests.
In order to access all of these amenities, including Pickleball, the pools, golf, etc. people staying in the villages need either a guest pass or a resident ID. As an owner of a Villages home, I can reserve a temporary ID for you and one other guest that allows you to access all of the amenities at the Village's and it also allows you to pick up additional guest passes if you have a party of three or more. These passes can be picked up at the Brownwood sales center on Torch Lake Drive for a processing fee of $50. If you would like to have these temporary resident IDs reserved for you, just let me know your full name, address, email and phone number for you and your guest and I will reserve the IDs on your behalf. IDs must be reserved at least a week in advance to allow for processing


Enjoy any of the 52 adult pools, 26 family pools, 88 recreation centers, more than 50 golf courses, and 180 pickleball courts. Grab a newspaper each Thursday from any rec center to see the many activities taking place in The Villages. Most weeks, there are over 2,000 activities offered such as dance lessons, crafts, art classes, yoga, card games and so much more.
We recommend downloading THE VILLAGES APP to access phone numbers for the rec centers for daily activities, directions, and to find out for yourself all The Villages has to offer.

Health, safety and well-being of our guests are of upmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.
