Welcome to our Beach Get-away...where we invite you to relax, unwind and enjoy our casual Siesta Key way of life. The Siesta Palms is just yards from the powdery-white sands of Siesta Key's world famous, award-winning Crescent Beach at Point of Rocks. With no streets to cross, it's 75 steps to the Gulf of Mexico and to Point of Rocks, the best snorkeling beach on the Key. We offer good "olde" fashioned Southern Hospitality with a concierge touch. THE SPACE:
Choose this bright second floor 900 sq. ft. 1 bed/1 bath fully-equipped condo unit that has two queen beds in the bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a balcony overlooking tropical gardens. This unit has a maximum occupancy of 4 persons (includes adults, children & infants).

These accommodations include a bight eat-in kitchen with full-size appliances. The bathroom features an ample size vanity, tub/shower combo with fluffy towels and upscale toiletries. This second floor unit incorporates 20" porcelain tile in main living areas. Living room features 42" flat screen TVs with High Def DIRECTV and premium channels. For a restful night’s sleep, the bedroom features two queen Jamison Beds with soft 400 thread count sheets in addition to down pillows and comforters.

GUEST ACCESS:
All of our guests are able to utilize the entire property with the exception of other guest’s private patios. This includes the pool, hot tub, lounging area, covered table and chairs, gas grills, and the coin operated laundry facilities that are all on site.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
We have a coin operated washer and dryer located on the premises and we even provide the detergent and softener. We also offer our guests daily towel exchange, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, a beach cooler, high speed Wi-Fi internet access and gas grills.

Our pool and spa derive their chlorination from household salt so you will not experience the red eyes, dry skin and bleached swim suits that occurs with regularly chlorinated pools.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:
We are on the property during the day to provide you with any information or assistance you may require during your stay. We strive for a high standard of "Olde” Florida hospitality with a modern concierge touch. Stop by the office for information, assistance or simply to chat.

THE AREA:
Siesta Palms is within walking distance to South Siesta Village shops, restaurants, and night spots yet is very quiet and low-key. Use the free trolley on the Key to easily get to your favorite shops and restaurants. Additionally, it is only a short drive to golf courses, theaters, museums, art galleries and numerous other attractions in Sarasota.

John and Magdalene Koch relocated from Chicago to Siesta Key in 1979, and have been personally and professionally renovating and improving the lodging options on the Island since that time. With their children, Michael and Mary Ann, they have built some of the Island’s most unique and comfortable vacation spots. Should you need something or have a special request during your stay, you will no doubt be helped with a smile by one of the family members.

No need to do your own towels and beach towels. We offer towel exchange service 6 days a week - Monday thru Saturday just not on Sunday or Holidays.

Our Cancellation Policy is as follows:
In the event of the cancellation of a confirmed reservation, the DEPOSIT will be forfeited in full unless written notice is received at least 30 days prior to arrival date. A handling and administrative charge is applicable to ALL cancellations based on the following:
90+ days prior to arrival - 25% of deposit
60+ days prior to arrival - 50% of deposit
30+ days prior to arrival - 75% of deposit

Cheery and homey. Decor very pleasing. Lovely landscaping around the pool. Long walk to beach however
