(1) Twin (bunk bed) in 2nd Bedroom
UPON REQUEST: AIR MATTRESS, PACK N PLAY CRIB, AND HIGH CHAIR - There is a fee of $30, $50, and $70 for 1, 2, or 3 of these items, respectively. This fee can be paid to us directly, after your booking is confirmed. Please just make this request a day or two before your arrival and we will make sure a staff member drops them off for your stay!

PARKING (IMPORTANT): Your rental comes with one designated parking spot in the lot behind the building (out of the front door of your unit). There are also paid parking lots next to and around the building, along with the Sonesta Hotel on the corner of Sunrise Blvd and A1A, for additional cars. Although, we highly recommend the use of ride share because this listing is very centrally located to everything in the Fort Lauderdale area.

MOST AFFORDABLE PARKING IN THE AREA: Parking lot behind 2828 E SUNRISE BLVD - only a 5 minute (0.2 mile) walk from the listing. Parking is only $20/day, $30 for 2 days, $50 for 5 days, or $120 per month!

Just to the west of the building there is “Beach Parking” parking lot where you can park overnight for $40-50/night or if you want to valet at the Sonesta Hotel (corner of Sunrise Boulevard and A1A) you may do so for about $40/night.

Forget something at home? NO problem. Travel with peace of mind. All basic necessities; towels, linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, ironing board, all kitchen items, etc., are included in your stay.

If you have more than one pet, there will be an additional charge, as the pet fee on this platform is only for one pet. Additionally, please inquire for permission if you have more than 2 pets or if any of your pets are over 40 pounds.

During this time, we also want to assure our guests that the entire home is cleaned and disinfected between each stay. All linens, sheets, and towels from the previous stay are thoroughly cleaned and replaced as well.

Guests may request shipping of their left-behind items. A minimum fee of $60, covering labor and shipping with tracking, applies. Depending on the size and shipping location, the fee may vary. Additional charges beyond the minimum fee are the guest's responsibility. The host will make reasonable efforts for safe delivery but is not liable for loss or damage.
