Location
South Naples is the ideal location between Naples and Marco Island, offering the best of both worlds. You will be only a 35-minute drive to Everglades National Park and ecotravel favorite 10,000 Island, less than 20 minutes to the Island of Capri, 25 minutes to Marco Island, and less than 30 minutes to famous 5th Ave S shopping and dining. The area offers easy access to I-75.

The Property
This comfortable and spacious home offers a lot of privacy due to its split floor plan and open layout. You will enjoy the tranquil, coastal designs throughout the house with a contemporary, modern flair. The large master suite is located by the poolside and comes with a king bed and an attached master bathroom with large his/her walk-in closets, a custom tiled walk-in shower, and a quartz double vanity. Two other bedrooms have queen size beds and their own full bathrooms. The half bath and den with pull-out couch are great additions to the house for extra accommodations. The modern, open kitchen is fully equipped with many appliances and connects with the comfortable living and dining area. You will appreciate the extra upgrades to the house, like impact-resistant doors and windows and electric storm smart shutters. Since Naples, FL offers perfect weather year-round, you will definitely enjoy the wonderful outdoor living area that includes plenty of sitting space, tv, vented grill, sink, refrigerator, and lanai half bath. Unwind by the private, large heated saltwater pool and spa with tanning shelf and steps. Your morning coffee will be enhanced by panoramic lake views and you will be able to enjoy sunsets from your lanai with this southern exposure home.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
-Check-in time is 3 pm. Earlier arrival can be accommodated for free based on availability.
- Check-out time is 10 am.
- No need to check in like a hotel, or meet us for the keys. Our properties all have smart locks, so you can check in at any time by going right to the property and plugging in your code!

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN EACH VACATION RENTAL
Welcome Basket
Every rental receives a welcome basket which includes a number of essential items to get your stay started. Our gift basket includes a roll of paper towels, a spare roll of toilet tissue (in addition to one new roll provided in each bathroom), a new kitchen sponge and detergent for washing the dishes, several laundry & dishwasher detergent pods, dryer sheets, kitchen trash bags, etc. Also provided are some other thoughtful items like popcorn, coffee, etc. A single bottle of shampoo/conditioner is provided for those folks who either forgot to bring it or are here for a very short time and were not able to bring it with them in their carry-on luggage. Hand soap is also provided at every sink. The items provided are designed to get your stay started, but are not intended to last the duration of your stay. Guests staying longer than a couple of days are expected to purchase and replenish their own items that they consume.

Don't need a whole month? No problem. We offer many properties where you can stay for a few nights, a week, or any number of nights. At NaplesFloridaVacationHomes there's no need to rent an entire month, with a few exceptions.

Late December, February, and March are the busiest months of the year, with the greatest demand. Consider a winter getaway in January, early December, or April. Naples, FL is a beautiful place to visit any month of the year. Enjoy the best rates from late April through mid-December.
