OVERVIEW:
Sleeps 6 - 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
This is a very, very private house with lots of common well manicured outdoor space on the side where the front door is. There is an outdoor sitting area. The lanai looks out on a protected reserve with lots of wildlife. Very secluded. Really can not see a neighbor.
WHY THIS HOME FITS:
After looking at many resort communities in Naples, we picked this one because:
-It is close to the ocean. You can even ride bikes to the ocean- two are waiting in the two car garage.
-it is a home, not a condo. We found the neighbors to be more active and friendly. I think is has to do with owning the inside and the outside of your house.
- It is a first floor only home with no one above you and no steps. This makes for easy access.
- We wanted to be in a preserved area for privacy and tranquility. We heard from others units that overlook the pond always have someone looking back and conversations carry across the water easily. No pond for us, too public.
This home is beautifully furnished and decorated with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and laundry room located in a gated community. Home with vaulted ceilings and a screened lanai. This home has Wi-Fi and cable television in the family room and den. Washer and dryer in the unit. 2 car garage. 1373 square feet. Very private overlooking nature preserve. All wildlife photos were taken from the backyard. Equipped with beach towels, beach chairs and cooler for your trips to the beach.
Bedroom #1: king sized bed with ensuite
Bedroom #2: queen sized bed and crib can close hall door to make ensuite
Bedroom #3: queen sized bed
Bathroom #1 glass enclosed shower, double sinks
Bathroom #2 shower and tub
