Safe, Private, First Floor, Spacious 2 Bedroom Condo - The Vineyards, Naples

If you are looking for a safe, relaxing, scenic and affordable community for your next vacation needs, close to all that beautiful Naples has to offer, the Vineyards is the place to stay. Our home-away-from-home condo is in the Tuscany community; a well established lushly landscaped garden enclave offering a community heated pool, spa and club house within a 3 minute walk from the condo. Although we are located on a private golf course, we DO NOT have golfing privileges. There are numerous public golfing course within a 15 minute drive from our front door! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath, fully furnished first floor pristine condo offers a very private, quiet setting overlooking a privacy wall and a water fountain. Enjoy your morning coffee in the Lanai with the relaxing sound of the waterfalls and singing birds in the background while soaking up the warm sunshine. Both bedrooms are very spacious and are equipped with flat screen TVs, telephone and a large walk in closet with lots of storage space. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a reading area next to a Juliet balcony and the spare bedroom has a queen bed. If an extra bed is needed, an air mattress is available. All utilities, free Wi-Fi , long distance telephone calls in North America and parking are included in the rental fees. Laundry facilities are located within the unit. All you need to pack is your toothbrush and toothpaste!

Designated free carport space and ample guest parking available. Scenic 5 mile walking/biking trail surrounds the community. A community Center with public tennis courts, volley ball court and water park is within a three minute drive from the condo.

Short (5 minutes) walking distance to Crossroads shopping center for your grocery, banking, postal services and dining needs and near Physicians Regional for health concerns. Easy access to the Hwy. that is only minutes away from the community. Major stores, such as Costco, Best Buy, Walmart, Home Depot, Target, etc are about a 5 - 10 minute drive. Very close to the movie theaters, zoo and botanical gardens. Short driving distance to beautiful beaches. A 10 minute drive to The Mercato where there are numerous restaurants, entertainment and plenty of places to shop. A short drive to The Pier and downtown Naples and all the activities they have to offer. A 15 minute drive to the fashion outlet mall in Estero. A 22 minute drive to Fort Myers Airport.

PLEASE NOTE: Even though we have posted a minimum stay of 30 days between Dec 1 - April 30, this is considered high season and preference will be given to inquiries for longer time periods due to the limitations for rental times during the year as per the association regulations.
