It was a great relief to know the location was in a family community, to explore the beach and other tourism attractions. I feel that Chad and Brandi are real attentive to any questions or concerns. It was nice to have the showers located outside when coming back from the beach to not have to walk in the house with sandy trails. It is awesome to know that the property is gated if you have children, without having to worry about them running to the streets by themselves. We loved grilling as a family, making us feel right at home in the backyard. The screen patio and lawn chairs were a success, very handy! Thank you so much for letting our family make memorable memories in Panama City Beach. Definitely recommend this family vacation home!

Everything about our stay here was amazing! The newly renovated house was very welcoming and “homey” feeling. The house is just minutes from the beach and also surrounded by great restaurants! We loved it and plan to stay here again on our next beach trip!
