Sterling Breeze is a very Friendly Resort to spend your Winter Getaway. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit on the 17th floor was very spacious and filled our needs nicely. We enjoyed the Fabulous Fireworks Display at Midnight off the Pier on New Year's Eve and also during Mardi Gras. It is like having your own personal display in front of the balcony. It was a good location for shopping and restaurants like Salty Sue's, Runaway Island and Wicked Wheel as well as many others. We were lucky to have almost Perfect weather for most of our stay. A great way to spend your winter.

We stayed here for our family vacation this year and had the best time! Pictures do this condo no justice, beautiful! Everything was perfect and the owner was amazing and so helpful through the whole process. The condo was very clean and very spacious. The owner includes everything you could need, plus a few extras which is so nice! The view is beautiful! Only downfall is the pool does not allow floats or toys of any kind for children, but that’s not the end of the world. Condo location is great, walking distance to pier park if you want to do that. Would definitely love to book again for next year. 10/10 recommend renting any availability from Danette, you won’t regret it!

We had such a wonderful trip and the condo made everything perfect! We had two families and no one was on top of each other! The views are breathtaking. We watched a school of mana rays every morning. We walked to Pier Park just about every night for dinner.It was a perfect location. I cannot say info about the condo. The owner was gracious and easy to work with. We will definitely be back!

Our family had a great time and the owners were WONDERFUL! The condo is beautiful and very clean, and the location cannot be beat. It's only a couple of steps to the beach and a short walk to Pier Park. There are only two elevators, but we were there during spring break and had no problems and no long waits. Highly recommend this condo - you will have a great time!

The check in and out were very easy. Detailed info provided about that as well as info out the unit. Very clean a well decorated. It’s an easy walk down the beach or sidewalk to Pier Park where there are many restaurants and lots of shopping. We had a great time

Great location, furnished and decorated well, and very comfortable. Easy access to/right across from beach with crosswalks, restaurant/bar options within walking distance. Store for necessities right in the building, also. Especially liked being on the second floor, right beside stairwell, so we didn't have to always go to the elevators (which came and went quickly, btw - nice for a change!). Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at this condo was amazing in all aspects- the view, the room, and the beach! The only bad part is how bad the elevators were. You had to wait 20 minutes for one elevator. Also- my sister had a terrible experience with the restaurant.. bad customer service.. they forgot our order and didn't even offer a refund. But we were very happy with the actual condo... just wish it was in a different building!

Gail B.Fun vacation on the beach!
This was an excellent vacation. The location is perfect close to pier park and Dusty’s, one of the best places to eat! We walked the beach daily, this is one of the best beaches and Sterling Breeze is right on the beach. We will stay again.
