Regency Towers 708 is a well decorated two bedroom, two bath condo with a fabulous oceanfront view. This condo is over one of Regency's two pools. The master bedroom features a king size bed, and sliding doors leading to the balcony. The guest bedroom has two full size beds. Sofa sleeper in living room. Flat screen televisions in each bedroom and living room.

Regency Towers has something for the entire family. You will enjoy the two full size pools (one of which is seasonally heated). The Regency has an indoor hot tub, poolside bar and grill, and a fitness room. Regency Towers is a gated community with 24 hour security.

Regency Towers is located on Thomas Drive (the East end of the beach). This end of the beach is considered to be quieter and have less traffic. If you stay at the Regency, we recommend that you take a trip to St. Andrews State Park. The park is only 1.4 miles away, and features a boat ramp, great fishing spots, and the best snorkeling site.
