When you step outside Sunny Lane Beach House, you might be faced with a dilemma. Take a few steps to the left and enjoy a quiet, beautiful beach? Or take fewer steps to the right to the stunning Banana River Lagoon and go kayaking or fishing? Or stay home, relax, and practice your golf on the private, tropically landscaped putting green, or maybe challenge the kids to some cornhole?
So many decisions. Maybe just start by grabbing a cup of coffee or tea at the coffee bar, take a stroll to the second story deck with views of the Banana River and give it some thought. If you're lucky, you might catch a SpaceX rocket Launch from Cape Canaveral and get a view few people get to experience.
If the weather’s not absolutely perfect, there’s plenty to do at Sunny Lane Beach House. Play foosball, darts, the ring game, or enjoy the arcade with more than 4,500 games.
Whatever you decide to do, and whether you’re with family, friends, or both, everyone will be entertained in this wonderfully decorated 1,600 square foot private home that you’ll have all to yourself. Smart TV’s in nearly every room and plenty of free, unlimited wi-fi for all devices. There’s even a small desk (and nice view) upstairs to get some work done if you must.
When it's time to turn in, you'll sleep comfortably in our Zinus Memory Foam beds, with a King bed in the Master bedroom, two Full Size beds in the "Surf" room, and another King bed in the upstairs Loft room.
Sunny Lane Beach House also features a tankless water heater, so you'll never run out of hot water while the family gets ready to go out and enjoy Cocoa Beach restaurants and night life. You're just 5 minutes from Downtown Cocoa Beach, and 8 minutes from the world-famous Ron Jon Surf Shop.
Sunny Lane Beach House features a fully stocked kitchen, gas stove/oven and a Blackstone-style grill with all the tools needed to feed the whole family.
And please don’t worry about unreasonable chores and crazy house rules. That’s not our style. We want you to relax, enjoy, and make amazing memories. We hope Sunny Lane Beach House will be your vacation destination for years to come.

About the owner: My husband and I love being short term rental hosts in Cocoa Beach. We enjoy giving families and friends an opportunity and a place to create experiences and memories that will last a lifetime. Sunny Lane Beach House was our first, and we recently added Coral Palm Beach House in Cocoa Beach as well. We hope you love it as much as we do! Little bit about us-we have 3 kids, one in college, and 2 still at home. I am a Florida native and I have lived in Orlando since the 80's. I love to travel around our beautiful country, but Florida will always be my home.

Everything about this home said clean, fresh, and welcoming. There were so many opportunities for relaxation…sunning on the deck, relaxing with friends in the screened room, putting on the green, video and other games galore, and comfortable beds! Any beach accessory you could ask for was available in the porch storage.We were greeted with a kind welcoming note and delicious local treat. The decor was charming and inspiring. Even though we couldn’t take advantage of all the opportunities for entertainment provided to us, we stayed busy and thoroughly entertained. We were able to visit many local restaurants and shops. None disappointed! It was great to spend time on the beach and with nature. This would be a wonderful place to bring your family and kids. We were 3 ladies over 60, felt safe and had a spectacular time!
