Casa Playa offers a 1/2 mile white sand private beach and boat ramp (2 minute drive), fully equipped kitchen including seating for 10, washer & dryer, Ironing board, hot tub, over 100Ft dock to tie up boat ( No boat lift) canals are 20Ft+ in Depth and roughly 75Ft in width, enough room to maneuver. Easy access to the Oceanside via Channel 5 Bridge, watercraft floating ramp, kayak, filet table, bait freezer, BBQ, tiki, and much more.
