605 sq. ft. Amazing 1 bed/1 bath condo just steps to the beach...located on the quiet west end of PCB with private access to beach just footsteps away! We are conveniently located on the 2nd floor. No elevators to wait for here! Our oversized balcony overlooks both pools and the tropical grounds.
Our condo comes with a fully stocked kitchen with coffee machine, kettle, pots and pans, toaster, oven, etc. Smart TV's in both the living room and bedrooms with access to Netflix, Hulu and other streaming platforms as well as local cable channels.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: We have a Queen size bed in the master bedroom, and sleeper sofa with gel foam mattress for extra comfort in the living room.
ADDITIONAL ITEMS: 1 beach umbrella, 2 light beach chairs, small cooler and beach wagon, beach towels

Everything about our vacation week was amazing..We loved how clean and "beachy" the condo was. It was also nice to have very little to do as far as cleaning the day we left. It was honestly the home away from home for us. We will be back to stay next July as well.
