Close enough to enjoy everything Siesta Key has to offer but insulated from all the crowds, tourist traffic and noise. This home is extremely spacious for 2 bedroom/2 baths (almost 1,700 square feet!). The separate den functions as a de facto 3rd bedroom that's perfect for use as an office or for overnight guests. Special features include the huge screened lanai and fantastic pool. This home is pet friendly and features a huge, fully fenced yard.
The entire home has been recently remodeled and decorated with high quality furniture. We provide comfy beds, crisp, clean linens and a fully stocked kitchen. The spacious master bedroom features an enormous en suite bathroom with a double vanity, massive shower and fantastic garden style soaker bathtub. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless appliances. Smart TVs abound and everything is wired for lightning fast wi-fi.
Perhaps the most desirable feature of the home is the opportunity for indoor/outdoor living it provides. The back wall features a bank of french doors that opens into the spacious pool area. The shaded veranda has a patio table, comfy sitting area and barbecue grill. The resort-style pool is a quiet and secluded oasis to float around and relax with a cool drink. Step outside the pool area and you are in the enormous, fully fenced backyard (almost 1/3 acre). This is the perfect place to work on your golf swing or for your pups to play.

You are literally less than 5 minutes from all that Siesta Key has to offer including many great restaurants (The Daiquiri Deck and Captain Curt's Crab and Oyster Bar are two of our favorites) plus quaint boutiques and tons of activities such as boat rentals, snorkeling tours, parasailing, and deep sea fishing charters.
You are also within striking distance of Sarasota which offers easy access to a wide variety of grocery stores, fabulous restaurants, golf courses, bike trails, shopping, cultural activities and a whole lot more. One thing is for sure, at this house, you will never run out of things to do!

About the owner: This property is managed by Stephanie and owned by Brian and Sarah.
It all started when Brian (a Wisconsin native who grew up blocks from Lambeau Field), met Sarah (a Long Islander with a love for foldable pizza) while he was stationed in San Diego with the US Navy and she was training to be a yoga instructor in Los Angeles. The two hit it off immediately, and after a few years of living in San Diego, they headed eastbound to Florida and eventually got married. Even though work took them to a few more stops and states throughout the years, they fell in love with the beaches of Sarasota and vowed that someday they would call them home, if only to spend parts of the year there. As time went by, they had a son (Sebastian) and twins (Harry and Eden), and wanted to have a special place they could enjoy year after year. The obvious choice was to return to Sarasota and plant a permanent flag in a home that they could enjoy and make unforgettable family memories! They now want to open their home for you to also enjoy the amazing location and all the things to do in and around the area. Happy exploring and more so, relaxing and leaving your worries behind....

Location was just amazing! Between the popular siesta keys beach and the private turtle beach. House was more spacious than on pictures. Furniture was updated, beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything needed. The provided umbrella, wagon, beach chairs towels and cooler made it easy to fly in and not worry about buying or renting. Everything is labeled or info in the book which is helpful. Stephanie checked few times to make sure everything was good. Really enjoyed! We want to come back next year!!
