2028 Winter Block Pricing
The 2028 amounts shown in the rate table are the TOTAL price for the entire block, not a monthly rate.
Winter 2028 is now open! Rates start from $12,000 per month. Single-month rentals are not available; bookings begin at two months.
Two-month blocks:
- January 1 to February 29, 2028: $21,000 total
- March 1 to April 30, 2028: $21,000 total
Three-month blocks:
- January 1 to March 31, 2028: $30,000 total
- February 1 to April 30, 2028: $30,000 total
Four-month block:
- January 1 to April 30, 2028: $38,000 total
- All rentals must begin on the first day of the month.
- A $1,000 non-refundable deposit per month is due at lease signing.
- The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
- A $500 refundable security deposit is required.
- 13% Florida state and local tax applies to all rentals.
- No pets, per condo association rules; service animals are not pets and are welcome with proper documentation.

We rented this gorgeous Condo for the month of March, 2024. First of all, the location is perfect, right on Lido Beach with a pool onsite and right down the street from St. Armand's Circle in Sarasota. The Condo was recently renovated and very nicely too. Lido Beach is beautiful with all the shells you could want. We couldn't have been happier with our choice. The Seller was very nice to work with and responded in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend this Condo and will be going back in the future!

The condo was great and had everything you needed plus! We loved the privacy of the beach. You can find lots and lots of beautiful shells! Wish we would have been there longer! Jim was always fast with an answer and very accommodating!
