Quiet, private and pet friendly 2 bedroom, 2 bath, in Gulf Gate just 4 minutes to Siesta Key and her Beaches! All Florida (12% state & bedding) taxes are 'included' in rental the fee. THERE ARE NO OWNERS FEE OR SERVICE FEES.

The House and Community were built in 1970 and has that "older Florida charm and feel".
Décor for that "at home" but on vacation feel. New Wood laminate flooring in the bedrooms and tile throughout the Villa. Master BR has a comfortable KING bed with a private bath and and walk-in closet. Guest bedroom offers a Queen bed. The living room, kitchen, and dining area all open! The living room has a sliding doors to a Bonus Florida Room perfect for enjoying morning coffee and reading a book.
Villa offers linens, bath towels, Cable TV, Wireless High Speed Internet, Fully equipped kitchen Washer and dryer. Lots of additional amenities not listed.
1 car garage, Weekly lawn / landscaping service. New Central Air
The house is located in the Gulf Gate Community off Gulf Gate Drive and RT 41 (at the south entrance onto Siesta Key). Great sidewalks for bike riding or dog walking. Walk to Gulf Gate Golf Couse or brand new 27,000 square foot Gulf Gate Library. The Sarasota Mall with Movies, Legacy Bike Trail and Sarasota Y.M.C.A. with indoor basketball court, racquetball courts, indoor running track and outside waterpark (in the warmer months) are about a mile.
DOG okay with approval in advance and paid pet fee.

We appreciated the chance to try a new Snowbird spot this year. Amy’s place is convenient to some shops and a modern library nearby. Also great to have the paved Legacy Trail and mellow Gulf Gate streets for bike riding. Amy was gracious and welcoming.

We had a great stay at this condo. The condo was clean, spacious and perfect for all of our needs. Large open kitchen, living and dining which are great for a large group to hang out or relax all together. Beautifully decorated and close to farmers markets, shops, restaurants and a short ride to the most beautiful beaches! We will defiantly go back!

This is a sweet, attractive beachy villa tastefully decorated. Great community 15 min from Siesta Key, convenient to restaurants & shops (some walking distance). Owner is very considerate & responsive; definitely appreciate that she is pet friendly ❤️

Beautiful clean villa very close to Siesta Key. The owner Amy has supplied everything in this villa to make our stay perfect including bikes, gas grill, beach cart and more. There are many shops and restaurants close by. Siesta Key Beach is less than a 10 minute drive. Also close by is downtown Sarasota and St. Armands Circle located on Longboat Key. I can not wait to rent this unit again, we had an incredible stay and a great time in Sarasota. Thank you Amy!!!!

We had the best family vacation last year renting from Amy! The house was in a great neighborhood to run or walk and in the perfect location to get quickly to siesta Key beach, St Armands Circle and downtown Sarasota. Great restaurants, shopping and beaches nearby! The house was fully stocked with essentials, washer and dryer, very clean and decorated lovely! Amy was a great host, thank you again, we can’t wait to go back!
