About the owner: As a kid I spent every Christmas visiting my grandparents in southwest Florida. Enjoying the warm ocean breezes, white powder sand beaches, and delicious seafood.

We purchased this home to continue the tradition with our kids and now want to share it with others.

Why this property? This part of Sarasota is special in that it is close to all of the amenities of modern life and next to the beach town of Siesta Key. Best of both worlds.

Enjoy beautiful sunsets, relaxing walks in this quiet neighborhood. Perfect location for families and those with an active life-style.
