Conveniently located within walking distance to area beaches, restaurants, and shopping and a short drive to Downtown and St. Armand's Circle. We are an end unit right next to the pool. Our unit was newly remodeled in 2023 and offers a new kitchen with all new appliances, a large center Island and a wet bar with wine refrigerator. We offer bikes, kayaks, everything you need for a stay at the beach. Boat rentals, Jet Ski rentals, parasailing, fishing charters all right outside the back door. Enjoy the Drum Circle at sunset on Sundays!
This property is in the exclusive Boatyard Village Condos with private gated access. The Owner's Retreat offers a king size bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual sinks. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed and a bathroom with walk in shower.

Why Kids Love It
Kids will enjoy fishing off the dock and swimming in the heated pool. Beaches are a very close walk. Mote Marine Aquarium is a short ride.

The location is amazing, the condo is beautiful and the owner is awesome. The beach is a short 10 min walk, as well as numerous restaurants/bars and coastal shops. There are a couple of different free shuttles services, you just need to tip, that will take you into the Villages for more restaurant and shopping options. It's a beautiful, quiet spot and the neighbors were all very friendly and welcoming. This place will not disappoint!
