Cuddle up on the oversized couch in the living area, or enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage of choice on the large, shady screened lanai facing the heated community pool and small lake located on the property. The home features free WiFi and 3 smart TV's as well as Cable in the Primary bedroom and living area. Guest bedroom TV allows for streaming only. The primary bedroom features a King-size bed with adjoining 1/2 bath and ample closet space. Second bedroom features a Queen-size bed, and Full bath is located across the hall from both bedrooms. Community laundry and pool is located just steps away from the unit. Storage unit contains everything you need for a relaxing day/evening at the beach, with 2 beach chairs, a beach umbrella and two coolers.
Seasonal rental: 3 month minimum January, February, March, 1 month minimum all other months. Non-refundable $50 per person HOA background check. All utilities included. No outdoor grills on lanai or on sidewalk by unit, but they are allowed between pool and lake. No commercial vehicles. No Smoking and No Pets!

Area Information

Within 2 miles you will find Crescent Beach, which is a great place to watch the sunset! Crescent Beach is often less crowded than Siesta Beach. Crescent Beach is technically a private beach, so there are no official public access points. But don’t worry – there is plenty of street parking a short walk away.
Crescent Beach lacks public services and facilities. Perhaps that’s one of the reasons why it attracts smaller crowds.

Less than a 5 mile drive is the award-winning Siesta Key Beach. This 8 mile long island offers shopping, dining and nightlife. Known for it's white quartz sand, turquoise waters and many beachside amenities. Siesta Key is a must-visit island paradise!

Spend the day exploring the shops, sidewalk cafes and lush tropical gardens of St. Armand's Circle, a continental marketplace, just a 20 minute drive away! When in St. Armand's, stop for a bite to eat at the Columbia Restaurant and try their famous 1905 salad and Cuban bread! And don't forget to try the Sangria, made tableside! And Lido Beach is just minutes away as well!

Take a short 15 minute drive to Downtown Sarasota and visit the colorful bungalows turned into bakeries, galleries and salons that surround central downtown.

It is a restaurant full of history and Southern Hospitality. And great food! Enjoy a drink on the back porch and try their famous Oysters Rockefeller with crab while you wait for your table!

Relax and unwind to the ocean breezes from the Gulf of Mexico at the Blue Sunshine Patio Bar & Grill located at Marina Jacks, featuring live music.

Another great spot is The Parrot Patio Bar & Grill. The Parrot is a casual and lively neighborhood restaurant and sports bar, located just 3 miles away. The owners are from Buffalo, NY, so the menu features a Buffalo favorite, the Beef on Weck sandwich and buffalo chicken dip, wings and shrimp. They have a spacious outdoor bar and patio, with live entertainment Wednesday to Sunday. Gameday? Go to the Parrot and watch your favorite sports team on the jumbo screen or one of many 4 K TV's.
