COMMON AREAS:
The LIVING ROOM has a large sectional sofa with extra comfy throw pillows. The shiplap wall features a 55" smart TV. Please use your own account for your streaming subscription. The living room has a ceiling fan to add to your relaxation after an enjoyable day at the beach.
The KITCHEN features live edge shelving and beautiful brand new stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, induction cook top, built in microwave/oven and dishwasher). It is fully stocked with pots/pans, mixing bowls, storage containers, knives, cutting boards, cups, plates, and silverware. The kitchen has a large island with 4 ocean blue bar stools. The stylish glass top table will accommodate four people. The kitchen has everything you need to make your vacation effortless.
The WET BAR features a beverage cooler, Keurig, and a drip coffee maker. K-Pods, ground coffee, creamer and sugar are included. Enjoy your alcoholic beverage in the wine and beer glasses provided.

BEDROOMS:
The MASTER BEDROOM SUITE has an upscale KING bed with nightstands, dresser and a large closet in addition to an EN-SUITE BATHROOM with standing shower. The super quiet ceiling fan will help keep you cool during the night. Watch your favorite shows on the 50" Smart TV located on the dresser.
The SECOND BEDROOM has a cozy queen bed featuring a ceiling fan with plenty of storage in the roomy closet.

The BACKYARD:
You will appreciate the complete seclusion in the backyard as a result of the 8 ft privacy fence recently installed. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the large patio with seating for 6 people featuring a wood table. The new BBQ grill awaits you for those tasty burgers or savory steaks.
The FRONT DOOR is equipped with a smart lock. We will provide you with a personal access code prior to check-in.

It is best to use the North Bridge to get onto Siesta Key. Most tourists use the South Bridge, therefore, traffic builds up quickly.
