- Cancellations made more than ninety days (90) days prior to the Arrival Date receive a refund of the Reservation Deposit less $150 cancellation fee. Total to be refunded $350
- Cancellations made within sixty and ninety days (60 - 90) days before the Arrival Date will result on the forfeiture of the Reservation Deposit.
- Cancellations made less than sixty days (60) days prior to Arrival Date will receive a full refund of the Reservation Deposit, but the monthly payment charged will be forfeited

Unfortunately we had a family member who needed hospice and we felt we could not go after all. Maite was good about a partial refund for some of the expenses. Sad we could not go, but it was the right thing to do.

Myself, my husband, our two kids, and our dog stayed here for 3 months. We absolutely loved it. Quiet & safe neighborhood, friendly neighbors, beautiful home. So close to everything you need or want. Maite was extremely kind and respectful. The house was fully equipped with everything you could imagine, and it just felt cozy and homey as soon as you walk in. Very clean and well kept. Definitely recommend!
