The most unique aspect is its proximity to Main Street downtown Sarasota. It's 1/2 a mile from MADE restaurant and the movie theater. Minutes to all of the best restaurants and boutique shopping Sarasota has to offer. The Legacy Trail is 1/10 of a mile from the house (you can walk to the entrance), Publix is 3 minutes around the corner and the beautiful Bayfront Park is also just a few minutes for fabulous sunsets, walks, tiki bar and Marina Jack's. Fabulous beaches, including the #1 rated Siesta Key, 7-15 minutes depending on which you choose!
Why Kids Love It
Payne Park is right around the corner with a huge playground like no other in the area! There's also a skate park, tennis center and cafe with live music some nights right by the playground. About the owner: We love Sarasota, specifically the downtown area, that's why we bought this home! We are super responsive to our guests making sure they have everything they need to enjoy a stay at our home away from home.
Why this property? We love downtown Sarasota! The location of this home gives you EVERYTHING a Florida vacation has to offer. We especially love being so close to the fabulous restaurants, shopping and live music of downtown. The waterfront, tiki bar and Marina's Jack are less than 3 miles from the house and three beaches are around the corner. There is so much to enjoy within minutes of the house! If you haven't experienced this location, please don't miss this opportunity, you won't be disappointed!
