Two bedrooms, one with a Queen, the second with twins that can be converted to a King upon request. Bathroom has tub/shower combination for bathing little ones after a day at the park or beach.

The most unique aspect is its proximity to Main Street downtown Sarasota. It's 1/2 a mile from MADE restaurant and the movie theater. Minutes to all of the best restaurants and boutique shopping Sarasota has to offer. The Legacy Trail is 1/10 of a mile from the house (you can walk to the entrance), Publix is 3 minutes around the corner and the beautiful Bayfront Park is also just a few minutes for fabulous sunsets, walks, tiki bar and Marina Jack's.
