Unique Benefits
A custom-built home built in 2019 so everything feels brand new. It has a state-of-the-art, air purification system and high efficiency heating and cooling system. The tiles on the lanai have sea shells baked into them, and these help keep the tiles cool in the Summer when it gets really hot. Super cool feature.
Why Kids Love It
I designed this house to be a kids' paradise! The interactive Infinity gaming table with 50+ classic board games, coloring games, trivia and casino games is a guest favorite. The kids' bedroom is an under-the-sea theme with a unique wall mural above the two twin beds. In the closet you will find little people robes. Who doesn't want to feel like a mini king and queen on vacation? Add on kids dishes and silverware so they feel like they have a seat at the table. Plus, all the beach toys and pool toys they could ever want (including super soakers to aim at Mom and Dad!)

About the owner: I love travel, food, spas, pickleball, and the Pittsburgh Steelers. I think I missed my calling of owning a bed n breakfast so opening my home to you is the next best thing.
Why this property? I fell in love with contemporary and clean lines of the house as well as the single level, no steps. The split floor plan is ideal for 2 couples traveling together or parents wishing to have some privacy in the master suite. Sarasota is a wonderful area with so many things to see and do. The neighborhood is an upscale neighborhood with sidewalks, and I love being within a mile of independent restaurants and stores as well as major grocery store chains.

We had a great stay at this gorgeous house. The entire house was beautiful, clean, comfortable to live in, organized and highly stocked with everything you need for inside, outside and the beach! The spa was so nice to relax in the evening after a fun day of adventures. The house was located as a quick drive to the beach and anything else you need within minutes. Jen was proactive in her communication with us, making everything easy and she had a great booklet full of information/recommendations for anything you needed.
