- Cancellations made more than ninety days (90) days prior to the Arrival Date receive a refund of the Reservation Deposit less $100 cancellation fee. Total to be refunded $400
- Cancellations made within sixty and ninety days (60 - 90) days before the Arrival Date will result on the forfeiture of the Reservation Deposit.
- Cancellations made less than sixty days (60) days prior to Arrival Date will receive a full refund of the Reservation Deposit, but the monthly payment charged will be forfeited
Deposit is refunded within 15 days after departure.

About the owner: Hi there! I’m a Software Developer Engineer working full time in the medical industry since 2014. I have a beautiful, hardworking and enterprising family that loves to serve and help others.
When I met the Gulf Coast and their beaches, I fell in love and started a project to own a house in the area. I had my family’s support and we worked very hard to make our dreams come true; today I am a hostess in the beautiful city of Sarasota just minutes away from the white sandy beaches of Sparkling Siesta Key!
Why this property? It is super spacious, clean and comfortable. Excellent location, close to everything from shops, restaurants, nightlife to beaches!
