About the owner: I am a Retired Law Enforcement Officer who has lived in this house for 25 years. We have decided to downsize and bought a Townhouse 10 minutes away. I am originally from Michigan, but have lived in Sarasota for over 40 years. Before living in Sarasota, I lived in South Lake Tahoe and Sacramento.
Why this property? This area is a very nice area and close to everything. Shopping, Restaurants, Parks, Beaches, Museums. There are great bike trails in Sarasota, especially the Legacy Trail which goes from Sarasota to Venice is a 18.5 mile trail, with lots of shade. The beaches, especially Siesta Key are some of the best beaches in the World. White Powdered Sand at Siesta Beach.

We stayed at Patrick’s house for 10 days in February 2024 and it was one of the best places,,,,we have been in several VRBO over the past few years and we thoroughly enjoyed this one,,,,,very well equipped with anything you could need. Location was perfect as we golfed and played pickle ball. Thank you Patrick for being so attentive and considerate,,,checking in several times to see if we got in ok, if we needed anything etc….. I would recommend you to anyone heading to Sarasota. Thank you so very much and we hope to come back again.

Patrick has been incredible to work with. I needed a very last minute stay and he was extremely helpful and friendly and easy to communicate with.His home is absolutely beautiful , clean , updated and private! The home is very cozy and spacious it feels like a home away from home. Being a pet friendly home was a must for us and he was happy to accommodate. Being so close and central to everything from Lido Beach as well as Siesta Key, to UTC and all shopping, this home makes for a very easy stay. I will definitely Stay again when I am back in town.
