1ST FLOOR:

KITCHEN: Located on the first floor, the kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and opens up to the dining room. This large kitchen is fully stocked and includes a microwave, dishwasher, stove, 1 refrigerator, 1 toaster, coffeepot, crock-pot, griddle, blender….as well as all the normal utensils and cookware.

DINING ROOM: This open floor plan allows for the large dining table which can comfortably seat 16 guests and there is room for 4 more at the kitchen island. Here you will also see the double doors leading to the outdoor living space.

LIVING ROOM: The living room has a large flat screen TV and 3 full sized couches, making it the perfect, relaxing spot for families to gather.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #1: After entering the home, on your left hand side is the first bedroom. Featuring a king sized bed, mounted flat screen tv, and chest of drawers, this spacious bedroom is very welcoming and has a modern ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #2: After entering the home, on your right hand side is bedroom #2. This bedroom has an identical layout to bedroom #1, with a king sized bed, mounted tv, and chest of drawers. This modern ensuite bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

HALF BATH #9: Located next to the kitchen, this half bath allows guests to wash up as needed.

LAUNDRY: Located on the first floor past bedroom #1 is the laundry closet. With a full size washer and dryer and overhead shelf, there’s plenty of room for storage.

BACK SCREENED-IN PATIO & OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE: Outside the double doors leading to the backyard, you’ll find a screened in porch that houses an outdoor kitchen and grill, outdoor dining table, and a large flat screen TV.

BACKYARD: This oasis of a backyard is lush and tropical. There’s a hammock, a paddle board, 2 dining table sets, gas grill, and several lounge chairs. There is a private, saltwater pool that can be heated in the cooler months.

PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS: There is a white gate across from Hollywood St. that you have free access to. If you prefer to use tents, rent chairs or umbrellas, you will want to use the public beach access points at Pompano Joes and Whale’s Tail; both about a 2 minute drive with free parking.



2ND FLOOR:



BEDROOM + BATHROOM #3: Arriving onto the second floor via the stairs, on the right hand side is bedroom # 3. This bedroom features two sets of custom built in bunk beds. With four full sized beds, this spacious room can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests. This bunk room also has an ensuite bathroom with double vanity and a shower/tub combo.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #4: The second bedroom on the right is bedroom #4. This room has a king sized bed, mounted flat screen tv, chest of drawers, and balcony access. Bedroom#4 also has an ensuite bathroom featuring a large walk in shower.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #5: On the left hand side is bedroom #5 with a king sized bed, mounted flat screen tv, chest of drawers, and balcony access overlooking the pool with patio furniture. Bedroom #5 also has an ensuite bathroom with double vanity and a luxurious walk-in shower with modern tile.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #6: This is the second room on the left. This bedroom features a king sized bed, mounted flat screen tv, chest of drawers, as well as access to the balcony. This ensuite bathroom has a single vanity and walk in shower.

Each Bathroom Has 1 of Each: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion, Bath Salts, Soap Massage Bar, Makeup Wipe, Hand Soap Bar.

It’s located in a safe, gated community that also has a community pool. The community is located off of scenic highway 98. There are 2 private, designated beach accesses for you right outside of the community. Take the complimentary 6-passenger golf cart(LSV) we include with every reservation over to the Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Also within 2 miles of the home are countless restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, Etc.. 2 large and popular public beach accesses, and much more!
