Complex offers private gated beach access, swimming pool, hot tub, picnic grilling area and has an elevator. Sunrise and sunset are truly an event right from your 3rd floor balcony. Kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation. Loads of dining with a breakfast bar and a full dining table that sits 6. Walk to Pompano Joe's restaurant and Alvin's Island. CVS pharmacy is just a few blocks away as well as many other attractions.
Destin Commons Mall, Silver Sands Mall and The Grand Boulevard are within a few miles of this unit.

The code will be reset after each guest's stay.
PETS: One dog may be kept during your stay 20lbs or less with a $150. non refundable pet fee.

About the owner: Purchased years ago and has been a place for my family to come and enjoy throughout the years. Now, most of us loved coming here so much we moved here full time. I kept this condo and now let others enjoy it as much as we did. I live close to this unit and enjoy everyday what the Emerald coast has to offer. You will love it too.
Why this property? Pet friendly. Free fun package. Peek a boo views of the water, gated beach access. Walk to beach, restaurants, cvs Elevator in the building so no long flights of stairs to get to unit. In the cooler months at the complex's discretion the pool is heated. Hot tub. Outdoor grilling stations. Close to everything.

This was a great condo that worked so well for our week trip to Miramar Beach. A handful of restaurants within walking distance. An ice cream shop next door that the kids loved. It was exactly how it was advertised online. Would definitely return.
