Lauderdale by the Sea- Bel-Air neighborhood walk to the beach! 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are in a layout that is cozy and optimal for socializing. The living room is bright, with comfy seating and a large flatscreen TV. The kitchen is large and modern, with granite countertops and island seating. The dining table for 6, looks out through large sliding glass doors out to the patio area. The primary bedroom is plushly furnished, with a king-size bed, hardwood floors throughout, and an attractive ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has a king-size bed. The second and third bedrooms also have flatscreen TVs. Washer & dryer and wireless Internet are included.

The backyard is delightful and relaxing with a tall fence that creates a very lovely, tranquil, and private space. There's a covered furnished patio area with couches, a ping pong table, as well as several lounge chairs for sunbathing. Warm mornings and balmy nights can be enjoyed in peace and comfort.

It's less than a 5-minute walk from the house to the beach and nearby attractions. We have beach chairs & beach towels for your stay. Lauderdale-by-the-Sea is one of South Florida's most romantic little beachfront towns, a sun-splashed gem with dozens of quaint restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. The pier bustles with fishermen and sightseers and is a lovely place for early risers to watch the sun come up. The wreck of the SS Copenhagen is just offshore and is a popular historic dive site for scuba and snorkeling. There are outdoor events year-round, including Friday Night Jazz on the Square, and Sunday morning farmers market. This is the perfect small town to soak up the tranquil South Florida vibe!

2) Once you have reserved this property online, we require the following:
a) The responsible party will sign a rental agreement, which includes filling out a list with the names and ages of all occupants (this will be emailed to you).
b) The person responsible for the credit card payment will be required to email us a photo of their driver's license or passport.
3) No special events or parties are allowed without prior consent.
4) No pets are allowed without prior consent.
