Area Information
Avalon Harbor is a quiet extremely desirable neighborhood East of US 1 and a short jaunt to the 14th Street bridge. A multitude of restaurants, bars, department stores and golf courses are within a short drive. You can take a short walk to Starbucks.

We love the Sicilian Oven for a great vibe, affordable italian food and fine wines.
The Fish Shack has fresh off the boat daily specials in a very casual, friendly setting.
Houston's on the Intercostal is our place for upscale dining. The smoked salmon and grilled artichoke apps are among the best you'll ever eat. Totally awesome outdoor bar and seating for having a drink and watching the boats float by.

Why this property? We fell in love at first sight with this property , which is our first Florida purchase. The neighborhood is so quiet that its an unusual occurrence that a car even drives by! The neighbors are friendly and will often stop and talk during their walk with the dog.
