Inviting 2 bedroom 2 bath Condominium located on the 5th floor of a quiet and secure building. 1/2 block walk to the beach and just a few steps to the intercostal park. Beautiful ocean views from the large private balcony. Wonderful area for walks. Full kitchen features a microwave, dishwasher, Refrigerator/Freezer and all cooking utensils needed for comfortable dining and entertaining. Enjoy dining inside or on the balcony. Spacious master bedroom features a king size bed, walk-in closet, and opens to the balcony. The second bedroom features a Queen size bed and a private bath. Living room with 32 in flat screen TV. Wonderfully Cool air conditioning. Take a dip in the pool or just lay out and work on your tan. Enjoy free Wi-Fi and cable. Washer/Dryer is available on each floor. 1 assigned parking space with additional visitor spaces. Dine out at many of the fabulous local restaurants, or cruise down to Las Olas for dinner and drinks. Check out the great shopping and entertainment on south beach. Miami is 45 minutes south, Boca Raton is 15 minutes north , West Palm Beach is 30 minutes north. Great golf and tennis spots in the area.

Great for walking. Walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes. Walk to the new restaurants at the Pompano pier. Watch the boats on the intercoastal water way across the street.

Giannis is great for Italian food, La tub in Hollywood is a must (Huge Burgers). Baja café for Mexican food. V&S deli in Boca Raton (great Subs). Phils Heavenly pizza (great Subs). Best pizza Siciaian Oven. Olympia flame and Lesters are our favorite diners.

Great local attractions include everglades national park in Ft Lauderdale. John Pennekamp coral reef state park in Key Largo. Dry tortugas national park in Key West and Key Biscyane national park in Miami. Check out the great shopping at the Galleria Mall, Aventura Mall and Sawgrass Mills Mall. Enjoy dining on las olas riverfront or take a drive to south beach for dinner and dancing. If you like gaming check out the Hard Rock Casino resort in Hollywood. Movie theatre and bowling alley are about 2 miles from the condo. Jet Ski and Parasailing are available for rent on the beach. Deep sea fishing and glass bottom boat tours are available at the 2 local marinas. Intercoastal waterway tours are great and very inexpensive.

Superior location and value. Owner responsive and honest. Building well maintained. Unit clean and well equipped. Walk across the street to either beach or intercostal. This was my second 3-4 month stay in this unit and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

The condo is amazing! The location is perfect! And Dave, the host is extremely attentive, helpful and kind. I stayed in his lovely vacation rental for 7 months. I had no issues. The building is safe, quiet, the neighbors are kind, and you get a covered parking spot. Dave went out of his way to make sure I was good and had everything I needed. He was always available if I needed anything. The balcony is HUGE, the guest suite is fabulous, it's a 30 second walk to the intercostal and a 4 minute walk to the beach. I couldn't ask for anything more. To anyone considering renting this vacation rental, stop considering and do it.

it is so spacious and airy, the view from the balcony is amazing. We had a fabulous time there the weather was perfect and so was the condo. I would do it again in a minute. Dave couldnt have been a better host from beggining to end
