Our property is a vacation you cannot miss out on. This property has a cozy 22 units and is located only 1/2 a block walk east to the beautiful Pompano Beach and a 1/2 block walk west to the Pompano Beach Intracoastal.
Our units are very charming. We have 2 condos in these buildings.
They are very clean and neat and are non-smoking. There is a front porch where smoking is allowed. They are 1 bedroom and 1 bath and are on the second floor of a two story building overlooking the buildings heated pool area.
This enjoyable getaway has tiled floors throughout in addition to a spacious living room where a couch opens up to a queen sized bed. It has many accommodations including a dresser, a ceiling fan, and a 43”flat screen TV. These TVs offer 150 channels of Direct TV.
The relaxing master bedroom includes a king sized bed, a ceiling fan, dressers, another flat screen 26”TV, plus, and a walk-in closet.
The master bedroom and living room both have wall unit A/C’s, plus a full-size bathroom which has a tub/shower.
Our fully equipped kitchen consists of a full-size refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a stove, a toaster oven, a coffee maker, an espresso maker, and all of the pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. These units both include a separate dining area.
We meet all our guest needs by providing linens, an iron, a hair dryer, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, a BBQ and picnic area, laundry facilities, reserved parking, and free Wi-Fi.

We stayed at Mid Mari with a different owner’s unit in 2023. While we ultimately enjoyed our month, the unit was not clean when we arrived and it started out terribly.With Frank’s Unit (Unit 206) in 2024, the unit was nice and very clean upon arrival. It was a perfect unit for my wife and I. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will certainly stay again whenever we are lucky enough to be able to book this unit. The unit is located close to shopping, restaurants, the beach, nature walks, a library, and the many other amenities that Pompano Beach has to offer. Frank was attentive and available and was very much concerned that everything was correct for us—a perfect host!

Very clean & comfortable! Great location, close to everything! The Condo was stocked with everything youd need for long stay! Washer and dryer with coins on tne back was super handy too! Thanks so much for providing such a warm and wonderful place to stay Frank!

This was our third year staying at Mid Mari. Always a pleasant holiday.condo is always clean and furnished nicely. Pool area is clean and barbecue area is excellent (could use new barbecues). Our only concern is the price . As we are from Canada the exchange rate leaves the condo price very expensive in Canadian dollars(not your fault) Hopefully travelling your way again in April 2024.

Mid Mari is a beach lover's dream and the ideal location for fun, convenience and budget. It’s on a quiet street, one block from the beach with a crossing walk and public entrance. Your front door opens overlooking the heated pool and lounge chairs. It has everything you need for a perfect vacation! The owner is attentive and available if anything is not as it should be. We have been tenants for the month of February for 7 seasons and always enjoy our stay.

We met Frank through searching for a rental for the winter back in 2001. Even though his place wasn't available anymore he did find us another unit. Talk about dedicated !!! This was our 3rd year staying at Mid Mari and plan on many more yrs. to come. I have to say Frank is phenomenal, and is always coming by to make sure the place is cleaned n everyone's happy. I've been traveling to South Florida every December for over a decade and try to stay at Mid Mari whenever I can. The units have everything you could possible need and are located close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. I'm sure I'll be returning next year. 12/31/2021

Mid Mari is not Pet friendly. We do review Service Animals request and if it meets Florida law We would accept the Service Animal

Mid Marie has all the amenities you could ask for! It is two blocks from the beach, and two blocks from the intracoastal ( with a beautiful park!)... The condo is spotless and their grounds are kept in great shape. Our owner was terrific, making sure our stay was pleasant.. We are looking forward to many more seasons!!!

We have stayed at Mid Mari condo 206 for the last 4 years. The owner Frank is always available and if anything needs attention he fixes it immediately. The condo has a very comfortable king bed and has many nice amenities. The view from the porch is outstanding. It overlooks the pool and has a great view of the tree lined street. We love staying there especially since it’s only a 5 minute walk to the beach and is close to shopping. A great place to vacation.
