One parking space is assigned for your exclusive use.

A 50% deposit of the rent, exit cleaning fee and taxes is due upon signing the lease. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. $500 toward a security deposit is due prior to arrival, and can be put on a guest’s credit card as a temporary hold on the money instead of a charge to the card.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation, the Guest is responsible for paying the full amount of rent for the contracted lease. The Landlord will refund monies realized from re-renting the unit during all or part of the same rental period, after deduction of the $300 administration fee and 20% of each new rental fee collected to cover commissions. Travel insurance is recommended to protect your investment in the event you need to cancel.

About the host: Proprietor Elaine Fitzgerald was a TV news reporter for 15 years, then owned and operated a PR firm in South Florida. Today she is a hotelier, with five top-rated boutique properties by the beach. Elaine loves greeting her guests in person and ensuring that they have a great and memorable stay. She and her staff always go the extra mile for your safety and comfort.
Elaine is professional, educated, raised with manners, active, healthy non-smoker and believes in always treating others with kindness and respect. Her hobbies are photography, travel and dancing (ballroom, Latin, Argentine Tango, Country, Swing and Hustle).
Elaine is active in her community and serves on the Pompano Beach Economic Development Council, the city's Tourism Strategic Planning Team, and is the Tourism Chair of the greater Pompano Beach Chamber. She helped with the new logo and branding of the City, and teaches annually for Leadership North Broward.
Among her awards, Elaine was named 2009 Small Business Person of the Year by the Pompano Chamber. In 2005, the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber honored her with a Circle of Excellence award. The Association for Women in Communications named Elaine 2004 Woman of the Year for South Florida Public Relations, Advertising and Marketing firms. She is a past president of the South Florida chapters of both the Public Relations Society of America and the Association of Women in Communications.

Perfect Getaway
The location of this condo is amazing! We were in walking distance to stores, restaurants, the grocery store, pharmacies and the beach. The restaurants located in Bites Eatery were a step away with many delicious choices as well as bands on some nights too. We absolutely enjoyed the ICW views of the boats from the spacious balcony. The condo was well stocked with many items such as bath and beach towels, dishes, cooking utensils, cleaning products and many other items. The pool is wonderful as it is a warm temperature with outstanding views of the many yachts that travel on the intercoastal water way. The monthly lists of activities in Pompano that the owner emailed us was very helpful. Elaine is very supportive and responsive to any questions or concerns that we had and we appreciate the attention that she gave us. After coming here for many years, this perfect getaway still has its magic charm!

Great location
Condo very bright and spacious. Rafal and management company very responsive and accessible. Supplies were great only coffee pot leaks and could use more towels as we stayed one month. Pool very clean. Loved the location and would rent again if available

We are so glad you enjoyed your apartment and the location, and we would love to have you stay with us again. The coffee maker was replaced with a brand new one from our storage. I'm not sure if you noticed that there were 12 sets of bath towels in your condo. Six sets were in the master bathroom and another six sets in the second bathroom. The two of you were primarily using the master bedroom, so perhaps you didn't see the other six sets of towels you also could have used?
Great location
Pompano Yacht and Beach Club provided a wonderful 5 week retreat for our family. It was comfortable, clean, quiet, well-appointed and close to many attractions, including the pier, beach and promenade. There were many restaurants and bars within walking distance, and our car took us to many of the sights of Florida's Gold Coast, including nature preserves and state parks. Elaine was a friendly and accommodating host. Recommended.

Our Winter Escape
The location of our winter escape is amazing! We were in walking distance to stores, restaurants, the grocery store, pharmacies and the beach. We absolutely enjoyed our views of the boats in the ICW from the spacious balcony. The condo was well stocked with items such as bath and beach towels, dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, cleaning products and many other items. The owners/guests staying at the Yacht and Beach Club were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The warm temperature of pool and the views of the water way are outstanding! Elaine the owner was very friendly and offered us much support with questions we had. The booking agent Kathy also went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. We can't wait to book our winter escape for next year!

Our stunning new state-of-the-art pier will be completed, along with two new restaurants flanking both sides of the pier entrance.
