Cleaning Fee: $125
Tax Rate: 13%
A 50% deposit of the rent, exit cleaning fee and taxes is due upon signing the lease. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. $500 toward a security deposit is due prior to arrival, and can be put on a guest’s credit card as a temporary hold on the money instead of a charge to the card.
In the event of cancellation, the Guest is responsible for paying the full amount of rent for the contracted lease. The Landlord will refund monies realized from re-renting the unit during all or part of the same rental period, after deduction of the $300 administration fee and 20% of each new rental fee collected to cover commissions. Travel insurance is recommended to protect your investment in the event you need to cancel.
Check in beginning at 4 p.m. Check out by 10 a.m.
For the comfort of future guests, no smoking is allowed inside the apartments or in the pool area.

About the owner: Proprietor Elaine Fitzgerald was a TV news reporter for 15 years, then owned and operated a PR firm in South Florida. Today she is a hotelier, with five top-rated boutique properties by the beach. Elaine loves greeting her guests in person and ensuring that they have a great and memorable stay. She and her staff always go the extra mile for your safety and comfort.
Elaine is professional, educated, raised with manners, active, healthy non-smoker and believes in always treating others with kindness and respect. Her hobbies are photography, travel and dancing (ballroom, Latin, Argentine Tango, Country, Swing and Hustle).
Elaine is active in her community and serves on the Pompano Beach Economic Development Council, the city's Tourism Strategic Planning Team, and is the Tourism Chair of the greater Pompano Beach Chamber. She helped with the new logo and branding of the City, and teaches annually for Leadership North Broward.
Among her awards, Elaine was named 2009 Small Business Person of the Year by the Pompano Chamber. In 2005, the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber honored her with a Circle of Excellence award. The Association for Women in Communications named Elaine 2004 Woman of the Year for South Florida Public Relations, Advertising and Marketing firms. She is a past president of the South Florida chapters of both the Public Relations Society of America and the Association of Women in Communications.
Elaine is a graduate of the University of Maryland.

Wonderful month in this beautiful condo. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. On the intercoastal with great views of boats and yachts. Very comfortable and very clean. Would definitely rent it again....

We would love to have you return again and enjoy several new amenities underway now at our spectacular new beachfront, just a few minutes walk from the condo. Our stunning new state-of-the-art pier will be completed, along with two new restaurants flanking both sides of the pier entrance. And some very unique artwork will go up all along the Atlantic Blvd bridge over the ICW. In all, lots of WOW factor!

My maintenance chief and I are always available right here locally if there is anything you need...not like trying to deal with an absentee owner! You are welcome back any time to enjoy all of the newest amenities being added to the beach area a short walk away. These include exciting new oceanfront restaurants, our new fishing pier and Atlantic Blvd Bridge artwork.
