The beach is just a 5 min drive away. Cypress Palms is just a 15 minute drive from the iconic Las Olas Blvd in Fort Lauderdale, with its famous bars and restaurants. And when it's time to depart, the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is a convenient 25 minutes away, while the vibrant city of Miami is only 40 minutes from our doorstep.

BEDROOMS
With four beautifully furnished bedrooms and the option to accommodate up to 10 guests, this stunning property offers the ultimate luxury experience.

The Master Blue room is a true oasis with a king-sized bed, full ensuite with steam shower, walk-in closet, and private lanai access with a pool and lake view.

The Orange room offers a serene atmosphere with a king-sized bed access to the main bath, and private lanai access with a pool and lake view.

The Green room boasts a comfortable queen-sized bed, with a dedicated work space.

The Double bed bedroom is a treat with two full-sized beds, and two large closets. with a side door to the exterior.

Additionally, there's a rollaway cot and pack and play available on-site, providing extra space for a comfortable stay.
POOL

**Please note that the pool is not heated **

For the safety and well-being of all guests, diving is prohibited in all areas of the pool. Additionally, we kindly request that all individuals refrain from bringing any glass items in or near the pool to prevent potential hazards and maintain a clean environment.

Cypress Palms does not provide a lifeguard on duty. Therefore, the property's owners and agents cannot assume liability for any pool or lake related incidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries that may occur during your stay. We strongly encourage all guests to exercise caution and adhere to all posted safety guidelines when using the pool and lake area.

PARKING
Enjoy ample parking with our driveway accommodating up to 6 vehicles. Please do not park on the grass and street parking is prohibited.

PARTIES & EVENTS
To ensure a peaceful and respectful environment for our neighbors, Windward Palms prohibits parties, receptions, and events. Local ordinances require quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am, and any violation will result in a $500 fine per occurrence. By booking with us, you agree to this policy and understand that excessive noise or disturbances may result in non-refundable cancellation of your reservation. We kindly ask that you keep noise levels inside the house at a reasonable volume and keep doors closed when playing music. Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful atmosphere for all.

DRUGS
At Cypress Palms, we maintain a strict policy prohibiting the storage or usage of any illegal drugs on our premises at any time. Your cooperation in adhering to this policy is greatly appreciated.

PETS
Pets are not permitted at Cypress Palms.

SECURITY
At Cypress Palms, your safety and security are of utmost importance to us. That's why we have taken measures to ensure the protection of our guests by installing a Ring camera at the front door, facing outwards, a camera over the garage door, one on the palm tree on the blvd. to capture the other side of the driveway and one on the side of the house pointing at the gate. Additionally, we have a Minut Noise Detector that reads the decibel levels and alerts the hosts if noise levels exceed what is deemed to be acceptable by the local bylaws. We also have a smart lock equipped with a unique code for every new guest and rest assured that this code is automatically deleted at checkout for your peace of mind.

We understand the importance of privacy, and that's why we want to clarify that there are no other cameras on the premises. We strive to provide a safe and secure environment for our guests and Windward Palms, and we hope that these measures help you feel at ease during your stay with us.

SMOKING
To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we kindly request that smoking (cigarettes, pipe, tobacco or marijuana) or vaping is not permitted inside our premises at any time.

We do, however, allow outdoor smoking and vaping for your convenience. Please note that we ask all smokers to avoid ashing on any furniture and to ensure all butts end up in the garbage to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all.

We take the issue of smoking and vaping seriously, and we strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy towards smoking indoors. A charge of up to $600 will be applied for smoking inside our premises or for any damage caused to our outdoor furniture as a result of smoking or vaping.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in keeping Cypress Palms a healthy and enjoyable environment for everyone.

TRASH/RECYCLING
Our reliable trash and recycling collection services occur every Tuesday and Friday. Our attentive staff will ensure that your bins are conveniently located at the curb each morning and returned to their designated spot on the west side of your home by evening.

What You Can Recycle:

1. Aluminum/Steel Cans - Must Be Empty!
2. Plastic Bottles with a screw-on or pop top cap - Must Be Empty; absolutely no other plastic items.
3. Corrugated Cardboard - Flattened and empty of all packaging.

TEMPERATURE
Ensuring your comfort during your stay is our top priority at Cypress Palms. We maintain the interior temperature remotely using the Nest thermostat conveniently located in the hallway. Our attentive hosts are responsible for the maintenance of the air conditioning (AC) system, so please don't hesitate to contact us if you require any adjustments to the temperature. To optimize the performance of the AC, we kindly request that you keep all windows and doors closed while it is in operation. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us provide a pleasant and relaxing experience for you.

TV
Please note that we do not offer cable TV service at our location. However, we are pleased to provide our guests with Smart TVs (Rokus) in various rooms, including the living room, Flamingo room, Pineapple room, Surfboard room, and the lanai. Simply use the remote to access your favorite TV apps, such as Netflix, Prime, Disney+, YouTube, Hulu, NFL, and more. To ensure the privacy and security of your accounts, please remember to log out of your apps prior to your departure.

GROCERIES
Looking for convenient grocery options? Publix is a mere 1 minute drive from your location. If you're after organic and specialty items, Whole Foods is just a ten-minute drive away. And if you're in need of more affordable options, Walmart Supermarket is also only two minutes away. Plus, for the ultimate in convenience, grocery delivery options are available to bring the store to your doorstep.

Cypress Palms is situated just 4 miles off I-95 between E Commercial Blvd and E Atlantic Blvd. With swift freeway access, exploring your favorite sites, beaches, and destinations to the north or south has never been easier.
