INTERIOR

Villa Fiesta makes a grand entrance, immediately greeting its guests with a refreshing and airy 2 story foyer complete with a Billiards table, Game Table, Large Flat Screen TV, and plenty of comfortable Lounge Seating.

Directly off the Foyer, to the right, is the Formal Dining area with seating for 12+ guests.

Also to the right of the entrance you will find the first en suite guest room with a King Bed and comfortable sitting area.

To the left of the Foyer you are provided access two additional guest rooms and the Primary Suite.

One of the Guest rooms doubles as a DEN (en suite) where you will find a Queen Sleeper Sofa and a ping pong table.

The second guest room is also en suite, and even a separate entrance.

The spacious Primary Suite features a ultramodern King bed, desk overlooking the private backyard, a comfortable sitting area for two, a beautiful desk overlooking the pool, a large custom built out closet, and a bathroom suite meant to please (double vanities, steam shower, and a jetted soaking tub).

French Doors off this primary suite lead outdoors to a covered seating area for two -- and the completely private backyard.

Past the Billiard's/Game Room, you will find the Wet Bar adjoined to a light and inviting family room complete with a large cream colored leather sectional sofa with motorized seats, two conversation chairs, a oversized Smart TV -- you may want to enjoy the movie theatre popcorn machine while watching the latest movie!

The very large 'cooks kitchen' is open to the family room for keeping everyone part of the action.

The kitchen is well stocked with professional quality cookware (and gadgets including a large assortment of BBQ tools), a built-in Miele Coffee Center, wine fridge, ice maker, sub zero fridge, and 6 burner professional gas stove, double oven, and Bosch dishwasher.

The oversized kitchen island topped with beautiful blue granite seats 8; this is a custom designed kitchen with hand crafted elegant cabinetry.

Plenty of dishes for both indoor and outdoor, both regular and acrylic glassware for poolside.

A few steps from the kitchen leads to the laundry area and a 2-car garage where you will find 4 beach cruiser bikes that you can easily ride to town or the beach in just minutes.

Upstairs on the 2nd level you will find our 3 remaining guest rooms.

The first is the largest of the three, is en suite and features a Restoration Hardware King Bed, sitting area, and desk.

Down the hall to the right is the second guest room with a beautiful Restoration Hardware Queen bed and bench seating.

The last guest room is our bunkbed room with a Twin over Full -- plenty of closet space, and a work desk with printer.

Guest rooms two and three share the hallway bath.

EXTERIOR

A highlight of this property is the Extremely Private Backyard! The Backyard features Multi Zone Sonos Speakers, Al fresco Covered dining for 12 with a ceiling fans, Heated Jet Current Pool with a relaxing fountain, Propane & Coal BBQ grill options, and comfortable covered/uncovered Lounge seating where you can work on your tan or lose yourself in a good book.

Behind the private pool, on the other side of the tall Calusia, you will find 90’ of calm, deep water leading to the Intracoastal. The property comes with two kayaks, two paddle boards, and a raft with easy access to the water from the floating dock.

Imagine the solitude (or group fun) taking these water toys out as you travel the canal out to the intracoastal.

There is also plenty of room to dock a boat (we can arrange a rental or bring your own) and the floating dock makes it easy to jump on jet skis (which we can have delivered from a local rental company).

DISCOUNTS: We do offer discounts on multiple week or monthly bookings.
(however, if holidays are during that time the discount will be less) No discounts for Christmas/New Year's weeks.

Rent and EXIT Cleaning Fees are based on 11 or fewer guests. Should you have 12 or more guests, there will be an additional rental charge based on # of guests, length of stay, & time of year as well as an additional cleaning charge.

Should you be staying with us 2 or more weeks, we have found our guests enjoy a mid-stay cleaning (at an additional charge of $1000-$1,150 -- based on # of guests). Please note if your stay is during a Holiday time & more than 7 nights but less than 14, we will also schedule a mid-stay cleaning.
